I was 100 percent satisfied with the service I received from Tricia. This was the first time I have had to transport a pet and I was extremely nervous. Tricia made the whole process easy. Thank you Anton for the fast turnaround! I had a XL sized German Shepherd who needed shipping solo. Anton was able to get him worked in quickly despite the solo needs. The day before pickup, the USA got hit with an article storm, lots of snow and sub zero temps. He was able to retrieve my dog despite the weather, and drove 1600 miles through snow and wicked cold temps. By the time he got to our town, we were under a blizzard warning he was not even aware of. It was so nasty out we had to hike our rural driveway to meet him and take our new dog. BUT, it didn't stop Anton. He sent pics and even some videos on the long trip. Our dog arrived a happy guy.
