My recent experience with Sied (misspelled I know) whom I hired to transport my 5-month-old kitten from Atl to Kansas has left me deeply troubled and concerned for the well-being of animals in his care. The level of negligence/animal abuse displayed throughout the journey is alarming and has undoubtedly put my pet at risk. From the very beginning, it was evident that the contractor had no idea about the specific needs of a young cat. #1 Shockingly, he allowed the kitten to go a whole 24 hours without providing a litter box. When confronted about this oversight, he seemed oblivious to the importance of such a basic necessity for a feline companion. Instead of understanding the fundamental difference between cats and dogs, he thought it appropriate to use a pee pad, as one would for a canine. Any person with even a basic understanding of animal behavior, let alone someone claiming to be an animal shipper, should know that a cat does not use a pee pad. #2- The complete disregard for the specific instructions provided regarding the kitten's food and medication. Despite clear and explicit directions, both the food and medication arrived in amounts that far exceeded what was necessary for the journey. The excessive amount of food and medication provided after delivery indicated a failure to monitor and address the fundamental needs of my pet during the trip. #3 Despite claiming on his page that he provides GPS tracking, the reality was far from it. He only shared navigation details with me after multiple requests, and even then, it was not for the entirety of the trip. Navigation updates were limited to the end of the first day and the last hour of the entire trip leaving me anxious and uninformed about my pet's well-being during the majority of the journey. Adding to the frustration, the contractor arrived a whole day late to pick up the kitten which I had to keep changing my work schedule, further disrupting my plans and causing unnecessary stress. Communication was another significant issue as he was consistently slow to respond to texts, leaving me in the dark about the status of the pet's journey. To make matters worse, his unprofessional demeanor was evident throughout the entire process. He arrived at the final destination smelling strongly of weed and cigarettes, raising concerns about the conditions my pet may have endured during transportation! Then he had the nerve to displaya shocking lack of respect towards his clients both to me and the person receiving the kitten. It is incomprehensible that someone/a company entrusted with the responsibility of transporting living animals could be so careless and indifferent to their well-being. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, competence, and compassion demonstrated by this individual. He seems great until you pay for his service then the shenanigans beings. Also, he is going to try to call me a liar, so I have pictures of texts, location sharing denial, food/medication (before and after trip) everything to support my review. I didn't want to put the kitten in a plane because I didn't want to "stress" him out. He would have gotten there that day, with less than half of the price and stress. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Dealing with this individual was more like a burden than a service.

My review is based on how everything was handled before stuff started going downhill on the breeder and my end. Said was very reasonable with his offer and extremely professional with everything. I will admit that I was taking my time to accept the offer but he was very patient and reassuring. After submitting the bid, he kept me utd and was amazing with communication. Whenever there was a hiccup down the line then he lets you know and will defend his clients no matter what. Although having a few issues with the breeder, Said was doing his job and did it well.

I was horrified by our experience with Dale transporting our dog from California to Colorado. He would not communicate when asked and would frequently turn off his location despite us asking him to keep it on. He would text scripture quotes to us instead of updates telling us not to worry. We were petrified our dog was not going to be returned and were on high alert and anxious for four days. He would constantly tell us he was "going off grid" by shutting off his phone, making us much more concerned. When our dog was returned, he was skinny, dirty and very thirsty. I don't want another customer to go thru this. It was a horrific experience to say the least.

Jennifer did a great job of transporting 3 cats across many states!!! The weather was particularly bad throughout her trip but she was a trooper and made it to West Virginia from Florida safely and promptly. I would definitely use Jennifer again!!

So I had a horrible experience with this company. Once I booked and confirmed the dates I did not hear back from them. I call the day of pickup and ask what time they are coming only to be told that their truck broke down and they were working on finding another driver and would pick it up the next day. Okay that’s fine I understand things happen. The next day nobody is there I call and call and sent a text and messaged through citizen shipper. I’m stressed out because I had a flight on Sunday I had to get on and I wanted my car picked up before I left. I tell them my flight times and keep them updated on everything. Not once did I get a response back about my car being picked up until TODAY (they said they could pick up soon) but this is after I had to find another company to get it. I was very very frustrated and felt lied to communication was great up until they never showed up or called saying someone will get it this day and this time. How did it go from being on your way and you’ll pick up the next day to ignoring my calls and texts. It was just very frustrating and stressful

She was AMAZING! So quick to respond, great with texting and communicating, and even flexible as we had some winter weather issues in the forecast. She picked up our puppy and got him right to our door safely, providing us with constant updates and texts, including photos and videos. She said she would get the puppy to us by noon an was at our door by 12:03 with the puppy, some treats, and a cute bandana for him. I just can't recommend Polka Dot Movers enough. These People were absolutely AMAZING to work with! Travis and Teresa were so kind to our girl the entire way from Chicago. Charisma was being imported from Serbia to O Hare international Airport. The first night the airport couldn't locate where Charisma (our dog) was! T and T went through the WHOLE Airport looking for our dog. They tried absolutely everything to find where she was. Eventually they had to leave and come back the next day to find her. They were so sweet even getting customs to let our girl out if her crate before she was cleared because she had been in her crate for over 24 hours! They kept us updated throughout the ENTIRE process and transport. Charisma was nervous but they were so sweet and understanding and treated her with so much love and compassion! T & T will forever be the transport company we trust with our dogs and puppies! They were on time, communication was PHENOMENAL, they had tracking so we could see exactly where they were with our dog the entire time, and overall just super nice and AWESOME people. You will not regret hiring these shippers! 10 out of 10 and 5 stars from us!
