Driver was very courteous and the transaction at delivery was quick and efficient. Would recommend ADL again and will use them again if opportunity arises.

Matt went above and beyond! We unintentionally threw a flurry of difficult circumstances at him with this transport. We sent him to pick up an adult giant great dane female that we were rescuing from two states away. Then it turned out that she was in heat but we didn't find that out until the end of the first night when the people we were rescuing her from decided to disclose it. Add on that she's apparently been through some tough stuff with her previous owner because she is terrified of EVERYTHING, her tail is tucked so far between her legs that her whole spine curves down, she won't eat or drink or use the bathroom and winces at even the lightest touch. She was terrified of him for the first few hours of the ride but he took it ALL in stride. He spent two days being kind, gentle, loving, and encouraging to her. It was clear by the way she looked to him for security and comfort when they arrived that he'd taken wonderful care of her during their trip. He gave us a link so see their location in real time on Google Maps and sent pictures or her and maintained updates and conversation with us throughout the trip as well. Would 10/10 use OOTO Enterprises LLC again and definitely would recommend!

From the moment Geoff made on offer on my request until he delivered Rocky I never second guessed my decision. He took care of him as if he was a family member.
