Breezie was perfect during a very difficult time for me. My best friend passed in Minnesota and his dogs were left homeless. I had Breezie bring one of the dogs to me in Florida. I highly recommend Van and Sheila to deliver your animal. They stayed in contact with us before, during and after delivery and took lots of pictures and video to let us know how our puppy was doing on the trip. My little pup unfortunately got car sick and Van stopped to make sure she got a bath so she was clean the rest of the trip for us. They are super professional and just good, down to earth people who love what they do. I'm very happy we chose them to do our transport.

Daniel and his family went above and beyond to transport our Australian shepherd to and from Wisconsin and Kentucky. They are a very kind and helpful family. They were professional and efficient. I just came home to find my dogs left in front of my house in 46 degree weather including two twelve week old puppies. The driver admitted she “had to call” because she felt bad at 1:46 AM about leaving them outside. She didn’t care that I had told her I was not home at that time to get the dogs safely inside immediately. All five dogs were shivering with both 10 week old puppies shaking. This driver told me repeatably that it was “too much” and changed her story several times despite leaving my property and telling me that the remainder of the trip could be paid by the owner who was collecting the dogs. After being told my dogs were possibly being returned by said driver, the owner of the company (Jerry) was unable to get ahold of the driver despite calling her several times. Not only was I worried about where my dogs were but my innocent puppies were left shaking and shivering in my driveway when I was given no call. If I was not able to get home immediately they could have easily frozen. As is I am awaiting a call from the e-vet to see if they need to be examined. I would give this trip 0 stars if possible. Not only was I told multiple different things regarding payment, but the owner was unable to get ahold of the driver at several points and my dogs ultimately suffered left outside.

I had my bank check with the Better Business Bureau because they were concerned about the rise in customer scams. As it turned out, one of the bank managers got scammed and lost a considerable amount of money for a dog that never existed. After digging into the feedback from customers and the Better Business Bureau, Happy Tails Transport earned the approval of my bank. The service was actually quite remarkable and my puppy made it cross country safe and sound. My only advice to new customers would be to read the reviews from customers who have actually used this transport service. Mine is just one review of many. The transporters was friendly and kept me informed of their progress. Very happy customer.
