If I could give a 10, I would. Because of deteriorating health, my sister is now living in a skilled nursing facility. A neighbor has been taking care of her 3 cats and Yorkie in PA for the past 10 months. But this wasn’t a long term solution. So my sister agreed that it would be best for her pets to come and live with me in CA. Two of the cats and the Yorkie were no problem but one cat became an escape artist and the hunt was on. Sharon had to move furniture and crawl under a bed to catch this wayward cat so that she could be transported to me. Sharon persevered and made sure that all 4 animals were crated and safely moved to me in CA. She kept me and the former neighbor informed and updated during the entire transport, sent me photos and videos of the animals and gave them loving care. She’s a safe driver and took efficient/effective routes to get quickly and safely across the country to me.

This is the first time I have used a pet transport service so I was a little bit concerned about how it would go, but I should not have worried. We had a bit of delay due to winter weather, but my standard poodle hopped right in the vehicle and he took good care of her all the way from Colorado to Washington state. Gina provides an excellent service! My pup was driven from DC to Tucson. I am a high anxiety dog mom and I have never transported my pup. She was attentive to my needs and concerns from the beginning. She provides a fair rate, plenty of updates and followed all of the instructions I had for my dog. He gets finicky on the road, and she made sure he ate and checked with me. Tons of communication prior to trip and during. She transported my dogs special bed to make sure he was comfortable. I was able to FaceTime with my baby and received lots of pictures. She made sure his tracker was charged so I could watch his journey. My pup was comfortable the entire time and I was able to manage my move without worrying about him. My flight was tracked and she gave me extra time To settle in before she brought my pup home. I will definitely be using Gina’s services again when I need to transport my pup!
