Can't rate a driver you never meet for pick-up. I paid upfront in full and nothing. No communication and I even paid a little extra since it was Christmas and no show, no calls, not even reading the text. I could not call and leave a voicemail because it was full. I wanted my niece to have her cat as soon as possible as she is ADHD, ADD, GAD and mild mental retardation and she would have had him close to Christmas or a bit after and now that is not going to happen and he is her security blanket. I am just frustrated to the max. I am an easy going person as all one has to do is communicate with me....

Critter Caboodle did a fantastic job with my cockapoo. They also sent pictures for me to see her as they traveled. Critter Caboodle , was very easy to work with and made this booking seamless. My baby girl was well taken care of throughout her travel and I highly recommend this company. I contacted critter Caboodle and within a few hours I had my baby girl with me! I will definitely be using land, air and see again in the near future. Apparently she didn’t want to stay in the cage and cried a lot and they were nice enough to hold her the entire trip. Wow. What can I say about Simon & Sandra they both provided excellent service !! Excellent communication the whole way through, (I was also given a location tracker through life 360 to monitor their progress)They notified me via text of his well being such as whether he was eating, drinking, and pottying during breaks. Simon and his daughter, Sandra were very sweet they provided me with pictures as well. I was able to make it to work on time. as they arrived within the given timeframe with Maui safe and sound. He didn’t show any signs of being stressed at all on his 6-7 hour car ride. . I will certainly recommend Mahalko Courier LLC to anyone requiring pet transport. Let me preface this with- We were VERY apprehensive to use this service- but we impulsively bought our boys a pup for Xmas located super far away in the middle of nowhere! Closest airport was 3 hours away, and the drive was 10+ hours, and it’s the week before Xmas. Besides spending a small fortune & exhausting ourselves picking up the pooch ourselves, the 3rd party dog website offered transportation but with MULTIPLE dogs (hello, doggy sickness) and a 2 - 4 day window!!!! The thought of our 3 pound, 10 week old pooch riding across country in a cage for that long & under those conditions, was unimaginable for us. So, we checked out citizenship shipper, placed an ad and then checked out the bids and read the reviews VERY closely, after careful examination we decided to reach out to Miranda to discuss- she was a complete professional, willing to do private drives, her reviews were glowing & we got the vibe that she was a super sweet, loving, trustworthy human being. She arranged her schedule so she could pick up our pooch & deliver him as a Xmas surprise for our boys! She even created a “wrapped gift package” to pop the pup in when presenting to our kids w/ little air holes! It was her idea & it was SO darling. She was incredibly communicative, quick responses, highly knowledgeable (knew about “no paws on ground”, parvo safety, how to transport safely, etc.), responsible, respectful, loving. She’s an absolute doll- exactly who you want to pick up and care for your fur baby on a long ride! Highly highly recommend! We could tell she finds a lot of joy in her job. She immediately got name of our breeder & took on all communication from there, she had a smooth pickup, took pics & gave us updates along the way!!! We are grateful & appreciative to her for making this Christmas one our kids will never forget!!!

Don’t hestitate to use Saad as your transporter. I had a chair that needed transport from NY to TN and the service was flawless. Both the seller and me (the buyer) were impressed with Saad’s courtesy and the care he took in making sure the chair was protected and arrived at its destination in perfect condition. James was awesome from initial contact I knew he was the right person for the job, he was an absolute professional; he saw my list and knew to ask about additional things that most of us forget. I had an issue with my dates, but he was flexible and patient enough to wait for to get them. We confirmed a pickup date and booked. He stayed in constant communication the entire time and I never had to worry about anything. Upon arrival, he had an amazing setup, the truck and trailer were in pristine condition. He had an amazing layout for all of the stuff to go in organized and efficient. He took excellent care of all the fragile items and we ended up using almost half the trailer but the items were secure and I had no worries about things moving or breaking. He was on point during delivery, making sure things got to where they needed to be and that it was in the same condition in which it was picked up!!! Amelia and Douglas were great! We had a unique scenario where they had to pickup our dogs from an international flight and then drive them to Houston. They were on time when the dogs arrived at the airport and they arrived safely in Houston. They kept us updated with photos which was great. Our dogs are our children and they were in good hands with DNA Pet Relocating Services. I highly recommend them, will recommend them to friends, and if needed will use them in the future again.
