This is my first experience using such a service. I am so very lucky Mr. Patterson was our driver, he truly is the kindest man. He knows dogs extremely well, he took extra special care of Scamp. Scamp was to be euthanized at 5 on December 1st. The pound still had not answered my email from hours earlier; when Mr. Patterson answered my request he went above and beyond. He was close to the shelter, had them get the dog, and video called me so I could see this dog. He sent pictures as he drove this little dog through 3 states. This man is an angel of a human being. He was safely transported, fed, watered and let out for needed stops. I promise you, if you need a driver THIS is your man. More than I could have hoped for.

The delivery driver Mark Hargis was an absolute sweet man, manners, and even when his battery pack charger went dead and I got my truck and cables he insisted finishing it all. I gave him a tip just because of the difficulties he had and how polite he was. He was the only positive part of the experience. The rest of experience definitely needs improvement with communication, contact, and the hosting company needs to have some sort of plan/procedure in place when things get messed up. Much needed to improve the entire process but the delivery driver was just awesome! Only part that saved the experience

She took extra time to bond with Lucy before putting her in the car. They drove away with Lucy happily wagging her tail! She gave me frequent updates with photos during the trip. I had no worries because she treated Lucy like her own fur baby. At the end of the trip Lucy was returned to me in excellent condition. Tricia even offered to pick me up from the airport so Lucy and I were reunited right away. I had received 9 bids to take Lucy cross country for me and I picked Patricia because she had 5 star ratings. So many in fact that I stopped reading them after about 30.
