Deborah was very kind, negotiated on price, and met me in Sioux City to reduce the delivery price. Hoever, the reason I gave her only three stars are for three reasons: 1. She was 13 minutes late to pick up pup, 2. She texted me and said her ETA to Sioux City was 3:00 pm and since I was over an hour away from Sioux City, I needed to get on the road, so she would not have to wait for me. However, when I got about 20 minutes out from Sioux City, I sent her a text to let her know. She said her new ETA was now 3:50pm, resulting in me having to wait 50 plus minutes in temperatures of 100 degrees plus and now putting me an hour behind schedule. 3. She would not accept any type of cash app like Venmo or Paypal, she would only accept cash, because she said the IRS watches her Venmo and Paypal accounts. I found that to be very uncomfortable, because it was clear she was avoiding to pay income taxes. Not to mention, this was supposed to be a surprise for my wife and she had the only ATM card, so I had to break a surprise that had taken a lot of planning. I did not say anything to her when I picked up the pup, because I truly wanted to see how she would handle the situation. Unfortunately, other than saying she was sorry, because she miscalculated the distance between Aimes, IA to Moravia, IA, she made no effort to right the wrong. Because of that, I would not use her again. We all nake mistakes, it is part of life; however, what truly matters is how we respond to those mistakes.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for Bria. She was absolutely wonderful, and moved mountains to save the day. She was available right in the nick of time - TWICE! When the transporter we had booked TWO WEEKS ahead of time cancelled last minute the day before she was scheduled to pick up, we were left in a huge predicament. Everyone was charging thousands of dollars for the last minute delivery. When we saw Bria pop up on Citizen Shipper, we were so relieved because she was willing to do the trip at the same price we had negotiated with the previous transporter, and she was available in the right time frame. I figured she'd show up here with a van full of animals, but no! She came in a car completely prepared for just the one passenger. She drove all the way to Jersey the night before so she could pick up at the most convenient time for me, and she did the transport "VIP style", where the puppy was the only one in her car. She came prepared, with the whole back seat prepped for the puppy, and also brought a crate which was great because I prefer crates due to safety reasons. She picked up on time, and arrived at the new family's house right on time. Unfortunately, it didn't work out with the new family and the puppy, and Bria - who was like two states over in the opposite direction - volunteered to drive ALL THE WAY BACK when I told her about what was happening. She saved the day because no other transporters were in that area or willing to do it. She literally drove ALL NIGHT LONG to go pick her up and bring her back. I cannot even begin to describe the level of gratitude I have for Bria. She did NOT have to do that! I wouldn't have done that! Honestly, nobody would have done that. She really cares about the animals she transports, and is exceedingly kind and flexible for her clients. I've dealt with over 50 pet transport companies and I have never met one willing to go to such lengths to help. She is a GREAT person, extremely competent, and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. Anyone who is considering which transporter to go with should most definitely take into consideration the kind of person they're going to be working with.. and the environment their dog is going to be in. Bria even agreed to walk the puppy on asphalt in the middle of huge parking lots because I was worried about the diseases in the soil at rest stops. And she followed my instructions carefully! It's not just about who boasts to offer the best service, nor is it about who offers the cheapest bid. Bria is the best in all categories, and I'm really looking forward to seeing her bids pop up on my future shipments, because I will most definitely be clicking "accept" on Tail to Taxi again! 🥰🚗🐕

Cero Stars!! Him try to find the way to charge more after booking Well, to be honest this was my worst experience using this service!! This person at the beginning of the deal was very nice. After closing the deal, it changed drastically since he wanted to charge for the stay at the hotel, for his time and for the extra miles. He is a liar because from the beginning he told me that he was going to sleep at his house and then continue on the road to the another day, and after all he wanted to charge me for a stay in a hotel, and since I did not know the exact address which I told him before closing the deal, he told me that there was no problem that after closing the deal we could see that, but it was not like that, he wanted to charge extra and he also began to be rude, this person is very rude, he told me that Texas was garbage !! after realizing that my number is from Texas and he only thinks about the money he is going to collect! he is not worried about the pets, I am reporting my money back since he does not want to return my money !! You need to apologize!! that is no way to treat a customer and you don't need to be rude!! This will be reported to citizenshipper I have proof of the entire conversation.

She truly cares about animals (your pet) Treating each pet like it's her own She really makes sure your animal gets transported safely from point A to point B. Super professional, super friendly, a dog guy through and through….I would use Nick’s services again in a heartbeat. Even my pip’s breeder commented that she felt completely safe sending her pup off with Nick. He arrived within his 2 hour delivery window estimate after a 1900 miles trip, which is something my plumber in the same town rarely does. Never knew someone else could show my dogs love and care as much as i do, Vicky did just that, she was detailed and transparant in her communication with me during the journey. She loved on my dogs as her own .Whe she came to pick my dogs up she bonded with them for atleast 30 mins before taking off with them, I realized then I had nothing to worry about.
