I can't praise her enough. I would definitely use again and tell anyone that is going to transport to use also. She truly cares about your pets and takes care of them like you would. We got numerous updates and pictures and videos along their journey. She stops at dog rest areas so they can run around and play as well as potty. So don't worry they won't be cooped up in a crate for the ride.There was never a time where I was nervous about my babies being transported across country. Her and her husband were so so sweet. My dogs slightly skittish and they both took the time to get to know him before they left, he was so spoiled on the ride too! He's happy and healthy. Our family purchased an English Mastiff puppy from a breeder in Arkansas. We live on the opposite side of the country. This was our 2nd puppy from this breeder. I contacted the company used previously for Transport. I won't name the company, but the price was outrageous, super steep. I started to panic. How was I going to get our puppy across the country? That's when I found Nancy with 'On The Road Again,' who gave us a fair bid. Not the highest, but also not the lowest. I was still cautious, as this was our first time using Citizen Shipper. Boy, we sure did select the right place! Nancy at 'On The Road Again' was unbelievable! She eased any concerns we had, right away. We selected a pick up day, and she was there early. She kept in constant contact the entire way. Nancy sent us daily pictures of our little guy to let us know he was Great! We were also able to watch the entire trip thru a secure app. Throughout the trip you could tell our Pooch was getting pampered. I would not hesitate to use Nancy again.
