Mario took great care of my puppy. He drove him from Oklahoma to Los Angeles. I chose Mario to drive my dog because I could immediately tell that he was not a "cut corners" type of person. He takes all the precautions to ensure the dog's safety and has pet insurance which is not something that every dog driver has. He called me and reviewed all the details, leaving me feeling very confident in his professionalism. Throughout the drive, Mario kept me updated and was very responsive. 5/5 ⭐️ I have to explain a few things here to paint an accurate picture. My pup has been my companion, best friend, and emotional support through the worst, and hardest times in my life. He means the absolute world to me. Recently, my life has changed some more and I wasn’t able to give my pup the kind of attention, or exercise he needs and deserves so I decided it was best to send him to my mom where he would be better cared for and have all of his needs met. This was an incredibly difficult decision to make and I have been heart broken by it. I expressed all of these things to Jeff and told him that my boy can be a pain in the butt however he is my pain in the Butt and I still love him. Jeff was immediately reassuring and so incredibly kind. He was sure to send me pictures along the way to which I got to witness my boy being cared for in ways that far exceeded my expectations. I figured they’d kennel him but to my heartwarming surprise I was wrong in all of the best ways. My boy was instead shot gun rider with Jeff’s son. I was almost worried Cupid (my pup) wouldn’t want my mom upon arrival because of all the special treatment he received along the way! I can’t begin to find the words to explain how grateful I was to have THIS concern!!! Jeff was so patient with us and i can’t thank him and his son enough for everything. I would 27/10 recommend them for any and all transport needs and I will 110% only go to him for any future transport needs I may have. On July 11, Tiffany lost our two-year-old golden retriever while loading him into her car. She looked for him for four hours before calling me and letting me know the devasting news. She and her family tried to look for him for two weeks after he went missing, and stayed in contact with me. Since then, communication with Tiffany has been spotty and she has not refunded my money. Unfortunately, it's been almost two months since my dog went missing and he has yet to turn up. He had a very comfy setup including a litter box and pillows for the animals to rest on. Do not book this service. A week before transport he was very hard to reach. Days later responded after my panic text and calls saying his mom was in the hospital and he wouldn't have cell reception or access to his schedule to confirm he could make the transport I put a deposit down for. After I said I'd be finding someone else he responded and said probably and good idea and later stated that he would refund me. He's now ghosted me for over a week. I held off on a bad in hopes he'd make it right and he has not.

I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I was very transparent and flexible with my pets pick up. Not only did you cancel on me 8 hours due to my flight leaving, it was late at night so it wouldn’t even be possible for me to make other arrangements. I scheduled my pet pick up weeks in advanced. I’m a Government Contractor that meets with clients on these travel trips, the damage control I’m having to do on top of the inconvenience and stress of worrying about my baby and job. The whole transaction feels very sketchy. Do not recommend if you have important matters to attend to.

What nice young men, who responded to my last minute bid with fair pricing to ship my brothers dog close to 368 miles all across upstate New York. GoUnlimited happen to be in the state and I needed to get my brothers dog back home after another transport party was not able to anymore. Time was short to get the dog home because my brother was deploying overseas and Pavlo and his colleague responded to my bid right away. In fact, they arrived at close to 2am to pick up this loveable 100 pound Dutch Shepherd and get him home. I’m very grateful to these guys, they do stay in contact during the delivery and pickup process and I would use them again. Also, because this was holiday weekend they did not try like some others to make a ridiculous bid. His price was fair and they’re definitely good with pets of all types. The whole experience was excellent!

Booked their transportation 6 days ago but it got canceled the day before picking up because they couldn't find available drivers to do the ride. I totally understand people are all busy because of Labor Day, but I don't understand why they still assured me they could do the ride if there were not enough drivers. A last-minute cancellation is unbearable and so annoying. I have to spend way a lot more money and time to find another transporter who is willing to transport my cat at the set time. But luckily, they are willing to refund me so I got all my deposit back.

Transporting Kota our 13 year old Siberian Husky almost 2500 miles from Washington state to Texas was task that would take a little extra TLC. This was our first experience using a service like this. We were tentative about trusting Kota's care and significant up front payment to someone we don't know. We are extremely happy that we decided to follow through and leave Kota in Melisa's care! Melisa had great feedback regarding preparing Kota for the trip. During the trip to Texas, we regularly received photo and video updates, as well as information about the places she and Kota stayed each night. Most importantly, she sent regular updates regarding Kota's health during on their expedition. We could not have been happier with our decision to trust Melisa with our 'precious cargo' and would definitely make the same decision again!

I am so pleased with the service Angie provided. When we moved from Austin to Seattle, my sweet cat ran out of the door as we were leaving. We couldn’t catch him and had to make the hard decision to leave him behind and have friends and family look for him. Months went by and a kind neighbor found him! The only issue was getting him from Austin to Seattle. That’s where Angie came in. Angie made the process so easy and got all the info that would be needed from me and the vet’s office. She was patient with me and my many questions and when it came time to actually transport my cat, she was gentle and so sweet to him. Everything she did was prompt/on time and she was GREAT at communicating and keeping me updated. Hopefully we never run in to this situation again but if we did, Angie would be my first call.
