Never Eat Soggy Waffles was one of the best things that happened to us during our move. We have two cats and needed to transport them from Eugene Oregon all the way to Festus Missouri. Originally thinking we would need a Uhaul, we weren't sure how we would comfortably transport our babies. After some digging in Google, I found CitizenShipper, which lead to finding this wonderful company. Both women not only were incredibly professional, they were also reliable, friendly, and incredibly caring to not only our kitties, but to us as well. From the moment we agreed to work with them, to the time of drop off, we were well informed about every detail. They were incredibly thorough, making sure they knew everything about our cats, and making sure we knew everything about the process. The day they came to pick up the cats, they took time to make sure both my cats were comfortable for the trip ahead. They even consoled me when I broke down in tears over their departure. Every night we received updates via text, pictures and videos. We saw how much kindness and care was going into every drive and every stop for our fur babies. They made sure the cats had their favorite foods, favorite toys, and got all the scratches, pets and love a cat could hope for. During our moving process we had our fair share of hiccups, and even though it wasn't part of their job, they even took time to comfort me, as if they were old friends of ours. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If I could give a bigger tip, I would. These women deserve so much more than I could give for all they did for my family. We wouldn't be a whole family again without their help! If you have a move ahead, whether it's cross country like ours or even the next town over, I would recommend Never Eat Soggy Waffles time and time again.

I cannot — CANNOT — recommend Esmeralda enough, genuinely. If you’re considering her to transport one of your fur babies, consider no more and book her immediately! I guarantee you’ll be happy you did! She was flexible and accommodating with plans and dates and PROMPT in responding and getting things scheduled. She drove late into the night and started early the next morning in order to get my pup to me quickly, and was wonderful and patient with me constantly texting her 😬. We had a last minute addition and detour and she accepted it with no problem and without charging an arm and a leg to do so! She gave me updates all along the way, and shared her GPS location at all times so I could see where she was at any given moment. Our breeder was very anxious to use a transporter they didn’t know, but Esmeralda handled it all with grace and put them at ease (and then they called me saying she was wonderful and they got her card so they could use her again). Most importantly, she and her husband took SUCH good care of my new pup! They had the perfect setup for him, and since he doesn’t have all his shots yet they kept him in the car at all times, but made sure he had a place to potty that wasn’t where he was sleeping. They kept him fed and hydrated the whole way. Esmeralda was the perfect ending to a bumpy road that I had experienced in getting this pup. I mean seriously, Esmeralda is exceptional, period! You will NOT regret using her! Thank you again and again and again, Esmeralda!

Being in the military. I had no idea were to look for sending my pup to my parents house when I had something pop up and I had to leave for an extended time. They 100% understand my situation and showed up on time and got my pup across the country in a timely and fast manner! They understood what was happening and my dog arrived safely and fast to my parents house within 3 days. I wouldn’t trust this company to transport my bedside table lamp. If you’re looking for pet transport, I suggest you look elsewhere. While the driver did take good care of my pet, everything else was a total disaster. We specifically looked for a route that was leaving in the middle of the week for delivery on a Friday or Saturday. I feel as though a two day delivery window is pretty flexible. Upon booking this company, we were told that the pick up would be Wednesday or early Thursday. When the time arrived, it changed to late Thursday. Then it changed to early Friday. Then it changed to early Saturday. The worse part being that all of these changes were never communicated to me until I asked what was going on. This highly inconvenienced the breeder we were purchasing from as well as us. It then came to my attention that the individual I was communicating with was not the driver. Upon speaking to the driver, I learned that the person I was communicating with (the owner) and the driver were not on the same page at all. I was also advised that there is not a preset itinerary for the trips and that transports are added in the middle of the route which delays everyone’s pick up and delivery. The driver was very kind and did all she could to improve the situation. Overall, this made the process of getting our dog extremely inconvenient and stressful for no reason at all. It would have been much easier to make the 34 hour trip ourselves than deal with this company. Steer clear.

Says how honest and great he is! Says he is usda certified! Picked up 1 yr old Italian greyhound that had severe anxiety after leaving its owner. I had no idea how stressed it would be . I’m the buyer. I paid a $375 deposit and 30 minutes in, he texted saying dog pooped 3 x that he bought a cage (per usda it is regulated it should have already been in one, and he was not a vet and it was not safe to do this transport. Said dog damaged his car due to poop? Again, shoukd have been in cage? He took dog back and kept my money. My total was only supposed to be $500 for 1100 miles. Obviously he regretted taking it and just took my money. Every single transporter I spoke to since said this is 100% normal dog behavior during a stressful situation leaving owner. at his solution was have her sedated. Owner told me when they left the wife (girlfriend) had the pup on her lap. Not in a regulated cage. He was definitely not prepared for 1100 mile transport. BEWARE I should have looked better his profile is not set for dog transport at all. I had people check him out. Look more into him!!!!!
