My beautiful 1960 Skagit cuddy cabin boat was delivered exactly when I wanted it to be, in perfect condition. I was a little leery about hiring the driver because he stated he was handicapped in his ad. Towing a boat has its challenges. Big brownie points for his honesty. I was very satisfied in the end because he did a fantastic job. Five stars across the board would definitely use his services again. And he was very friendly well-mannered .I asked him to go slow with my boat and he did so, that's very rare in the transport business because every hour counts.Great job. Highly recommended.

DO NOT HIRE!! Please read my review before hiring this unreliable and dishonest person. I had accepted her bid after seeing a lot of decent reviews and set up a pickup for a certain day which she committed to. Pickup day (it was already midday) came and I requested some pictures of the pickup, and she advised me that due to mechanical issues she may not be able to come that day. I asked if she had contacted the point of contact at the pickup (who I told her to coordinate with a week prior) and she asked for his number (which she was given a week prior). Then she said she had tried to and no response which was a lie. Later that afternoon I talked to the contact at the pickup location and he confirmed he was never contacted by Courtney and he could only be there that day due to family having to be admitted to hospital to week. So again I ask Courtney if she was going to pick up like she committed to and was told it would be tomorrow. She obviously never tried to contact anybody or she would have known that was not possible. I told her I can’t deal with unreliable and dishonest people.

Wow! I've been working with shippers for a long time, and I must say, Mohammed from Octopus Arms Moving went far above and beyond what I was expecting. Right from the beginning I was extremely pleased with his pricing and his communicativeness. He made himself available almost immediately (same day transport!) and was able to accommodate my truly crazy schedule. He definitely knows what customer service is, and was extremely courteous and responsive the entire time. He arrived on time in a clean vehicle (I think it as a Mercedes), and got straight on route after I placed her in his car in order to make the best time! It was just him and the puppy for the whole ride, no other animals or deliveries (even though I wouldn't have minded if there were!). He kept me updated the whole way, and followed my instructions perfectly (no paws on ground, paperwork, medication, etc). Honestly I felt more like he was a friend doing me a huge favor rather than a transporter doing a job. His level of competence really made me feel comfortable, and the job he did stands out as one of the best transport experiences I've ever had. Beyond satisfied and pleased with the transport and care she gave my babies! I had 3 pups needing transport; a dachshund, a Boston terrier, and my oldest a lab/shepherd mix. She traveled over 3000k miles in 4 days and made fantastic time, while also stopping every 4 hours to allow room for the pups to run and go potty. She kept us updated with pictures and videos at every stop and was very easy to communicate with. All three of my pups have medications and she was very diligent in giving those at the specified feed times. My oldest who is 17 this year has bad hips and they went and got a ramp for her convenience into the car, which was extremely thoughtful. They were very patient with them all, especially with how scared they were at the first meeting and by the end of the week they had warmed right up to her. Loved her services and would definitely recommend them!

From he moment I submit the quote, Jose was very responsive. After speaking with over 10 different drivers, I had narrowed the selection down to 3 based on availability and experience with fearfull aggressive dogs. After deposit, coordination was very easy and seamless. Jose was on time and willing to transport Jake's kennel as well (we'd intended to fly but weather altered those plans) and I wanted to kennel for when the movers arrived..... Jose sent photos daily and was even successful at getting Jake to allow to be pet. Delivery was on time and it was clear Jake had been well cared for.
