Matt was friendly and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to transport their pet. During the trip from GA to MA, Matt communicated well and let me FaceTime with my new puppy. He kept me updated on her eating, drinking and other bodily fluids…. As well as how she was tolerating the ride. As promised, my new pup was delivered safe, warm and fed. As a new ‘mom’, Matt tolerated my frequent, probably annoying , check-ins…. Matt checked in also. I was just a bit anxious and Matt didn’t just ‘tolerate’ me and my nagging phone calls, but was also friendly and reassuring. This kept me anxiety at bay. Truly, his rating should be 10/10!!

Onur was absolutely terrific. He called me the day before the trip to confirm all the details. He arrived on time to pick up my dog and he even gave me a baked good to thank me for using his business. I got updated every hour and he go to the destination in a very good time. When my dog arrived at my sisters location my sister said Beau was extremely happy and his normal self. I will use Onur again and would recommend him to anyone. Hire this guy. He transported a vintage family heirloom some 1,200 miles through snow, ice and cold to reach me in the SF Bay Area. He handled the piece with care, evidenced by it arriving in the same [excellent] condition it was picked up in. Steve communicated well, kept me informed, even when it was a message to let me know of a delay (winter weather), which was appreciated. Timing, both for pickup and drop off were not important to me, as both were flexible, yet I’d recommend discussing with Steve if you have a more pressing timeline. This line of work replies on so many logistics, many outside the shippers control, so pack a little patience, understanding and gratitude for the service you’ll receive. Thank you, Steve.

I am so glad I found Friendly Pet Express. Sara just transported my Australian Shepard from Philadelphia to Michigan. The process was super simple. She was kind enough to allow me to use her dog crate. We had 2 puppies travel from Phoenix, AZ, to East Moline, IL. Which was quite a trip. We got video and photos when asked and the babies always seemed clean, well kept, well fed, played with, loved on, etc. When she got to drop off the crate was immaculate- hard to do with 2 8 week olds! I could tell she really loved the pups as well as the other sweet dog on board. We had one minor miscommunication around pickup date and it was resolved professionally, quickly, and without incident! Rox was amazing providing the bid at a reasonable price and I opted to take the extra option and have Stella picked up from my breeder. Rox was very professional and informative the entire day of travel. The day started with GPS tracking and pictures sent each step of the way! She was a very tired baby when she got here but all in all I believe she traveled well with Rox. The drivers, Junior and Stephen, were AMAZING!! Top notch service with these guys, you can tell they love animals and put their heart into their work! Communication was great, plenty of videos and always a response to any questions. They stopped often to walk the animals and feed/water them. Their travel times were unbelievable, they are very prompt. My fur baby was safe, loved, and very well taken care of on her cross-country 4 day journey. When they arrived, they had wonderful attitudes and smiling faces, and it brought so much comfort to me. DO NOT USE this company. I booked them 2 weeks in advance…. Gave them a 5 day window of pick up days and they didn’t pick up my car. Stopped responding the night before knowing I had flights book for me, my two kids and two twin babies. No response until the middle of the day the next day when I already made the decision to drive home with 4 kids because I didn’t have anywhere to stay to wait around for them to decide to pick up my car. Try to “apologize” because they had delays due to “snowbird” season and now are refusing to refund me money for my flights and the fee I paid to citizen shipper trying to say I cancelled? What choice did I have to make when I had 4 kids and flights booked and no where to stay to extend my trip. This whole company and situation is ridiculous and I’m so sorry that I dealt with such a fake company. Imagine having to drive 17 hours back home with 4 kids and having flights booked and this company just does u dirty with no care.

From the moment I got on the phone with Onur, I knew that he was the perfect person to transport my girls. He is so kind, attentive, and helpful. I could not believe how quickly he was able to pick up and he truly blew the other transporters out of the water when it came to pricing! He sent me a GPS tracking link and I watched him drive half the night nonstop (except for potty breaks), and he even sent me updates without me even having to ask! My girls immediately felt comfortable with him and behaved better in his car than they do in mine! LOL. He gave them excellent care, honestly they can be a little standoffish around unfamiliar people and God forbid one of them ever got off leash, I know they would be impossible to catch. Onur took every precaution to make sure they were 100% safe for the whole journey, and they arrived with smiles on and tails wagging! Onur is the type of person who wants to make YOU happy, which I greatly appreciate. He is so easy to work with and communicate with, and his eyes "smile". I don't know how else to put it. He's just a loving person, and my dogs picked up on that right away. A couple of things that surprised me were: He told me that he would drive all the way to the pick up location, and send me a picture of how my girls fit in his car just to make sure I was pleased. I didn't even ask him to do this, he is just very concerned with his client's satisfaction and he only wants to do a job WELL done. The other thing that surprised me was when I asked him about stopping anywhere during the trip, he flat out said that he will never leave the dogs alone in the car to go into a store. Thinking about that, that's a really commendable policy. I respect him for that! He drove my girls all by themselves, with no other animals on board, and for a great price. He gets 10 stars in quickness!! Quick to respond, quick to arrive, quick to deliver. I'm tickled pink!! Anyway, if anyone has any doubt about who to book transport with, I am here to tell you that my personal experience with Onur Mumcu has been A++ amazing, and I will ABSOLUTELY be working with him again moving forward.
