Tamara with platinum pet transport was excellent. From communication to pricing to just caring about the animals in her care in general. There was a huge mix up with where my 80 lb American bulldog had to be picked up from . Add said pick up in California but she was actually in Canada . I wouldn’t trust anybody else in the future with my animals especially for such a long distance !

Sabrina was an absolute godsend for my shy kitty! She made him feel super comfy and checked in with me constantly. It takes him forever to be comfortable with people and within 24 hours she had him coming out of his shell. This service came thru for me transporting my brothers cat to me from about 2000 miles away. He passed away recently and KissyFur was his companion. She wss there alone with him for unknown amount of time. Then after my brother was taken the apartment manager couldn't find her for a week. She was going to be handed over to the humane society. This company not only went and got her almost immediately, they took excellent care of here and kept me posted the thee entire trip. She arrived this morning. I will forever be grateful I found you.

We are delighted with HB Transit Logistics! After a bad experience with a scammer on this site, we were nervous about trying again. However, they are very professional, everything was done on time as promised, picked up & delivered safely. The drivers were very kind and patient as our ATV didn't want to start. They spent a little extra time doing what they could & were successful in getting it loaded up and delivered. I will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Very professional and took great care of my dog. I wasn't sure at first if my dog would be okay for the trip, since she's not a people person, but I received updates and pictures every day. I was offered various payment options which was a big hit for me. I highly recommend using this company over the hassle of putting on an airplane and dealing with TSA. To me, this is a necessary ministry and they were fantastic in the overall operation from start to end. It's worth EVERY penny and I appreciate the door to door service. I will spread the word. Cannot give a good review. Zach did NOT give good service, our pets were never picked up by him. Zach had to reschedule our first arranged pick up date due to an issue on his side. And until the actual day of pickup, he was an excellent communicator. NO call, NO show, nothing. Multiple messages, calls, from the pick up site (my mother in Florida) and from me, in Texas. NOTHING. Citizen Shipper even tried to get in contact with him. NO response even to this day. My mom, son and I honestly feel that he ripped us off, his deposit was paid, and he provided zero service.

I don’t know how I would have gotten through the process of shipping my puppy without Nesta. First of all it was my first time going through the process, I had a lot of questions. I wanted to know that I could trust. Let me tell you this, it was easier trusting Nesta than it was most individuals that I interact with on a daily. Not only did she allow gps to keep up with the route, she called every stop. Sent photos, video called to assure my that my puppy was well and in good hands. She’s great with pets, she has no problem being hands on and interactive with pets, she’s is not afraid. Her son was with her and he was just as awesome as could be! He was a great help, and was a great companion to my puppy, they both assured me that my pup was safe and comfortable. Honestly, they may as well have just been traveling with their own puppy, because that’s how the approached the entire process. I highly recommend Nesta if you need to transport your pet, I would never go through this process again without her!

I almost never leave reviews but Jason deserves more I just want to tell you you know if you've ever had a dog transported before or you ever need to have a dog transport Jason is your guy you know how stressful it could be waiting on your pet to come home safely well I gotta tell you Jason has great communication skills he communicated on every step of the way he brought calm to my nervous situation of waiting for my pet and then when the pet was delivered he helped me get the pet situated he went above and beyond I'd totally recommend him if I can give him more than five stars I would give him 10

She even got him here 4 days earlier than planned which was super awesome! He was transported in a kennel with lots of blankets to keep him cozy and comfortable in his first time ride in the car. Really « a OK transportation » very bad communication once shipment is booked and no pictures provided for hours , I had to email several persons to get updates if my dog was out of the shelter or not (high kill shelter!) pick up driver charged extra fees bc waited at the shelter until paperwork done and I forgot to send pulling fees so he just left leaving the pup in danger of being killed(was his last day) after hours and dozen of emails with different RUDE person than the one I booked and talked to on here I had the PayPal infos and sent the extra money . Again no updates until few hours later he was pulled from shelter . So stressful ! Don’t recommend.
