If I could have gave Kim a 20 star I would have! She was absolutley amazing! Her communication was the best with me! She told me when she was leaving to pick her up when she picked her up and every time she stopped for gas! She gave me a report when she was napping when she changed her pee pad and if she ate. I can’t say enough about how sweet she was. I was so nervous to do this but it was the only way I could get the puppy to Duluth Mn. There wasn’t one time I was nervous with her! I can’t possibly say more great things about Risa and 5 Star Pet Relocation Services! From our first communication, the team has been very professional and responsive. Risa kept in touch every few hours on her drive from MA to CA, sending pictures and updates on their drive. She called to check in twice on the 5 day trip, and was great about coordinating her planned drop off. It’s very obvious that Risa and her team cares about the pets they transport as if the pets are their own, which is all you can ask for when you are trusting your pets with someone else. My dog Denny was so comfortable and happy the entire trip!! I will absolutely be calling Risa to have her transport Denny back in a few years when we relocate back to Boston. Shawn and Shonda, owner-operators of Artemis Ark Transport, are absolutely terrific! I adopted an 11-week-old puppy ~1,300 miles away from where I live. I accepted Artemis’s CitizenShipper bid based on professional messaging and transparency as to how they operate. I wanted to hire a legitimate, licensed business with good, caring people to transport my pup – and I found them! Shawn was the driver for this transport; she was proactive in communicating and coordinating puppy pickup from the rescue organization, and she keep me updated from before she left her house until she arrived at my house in NC. During the trip, Shawn messaged me updates and photos that showed the puppy eating, pooping, peeing, chasing a ball, and/or just being cute in her crate. I do not doubt that our puppy was given the care my husband and I would have given her during the 24+ road trip. I highly recommend using Artemis Ark Transport and would use them in a heartbeat if I ever have another animal to transport.

Dale is the real deal! He underpromised and overdelivered with my 12-year old Pittie's journey across the country. He had no issues carrying her in and out of her crate as requested and was able to manage her meds perfectly. His rate was very competitive and his communication both before booking his service and during the trip were excellent. He gave a few updates each day and sent videos along the way. Sure, you can hire a driver who gives you GPS location tracking and hourly photo updates, but it's gonna cost you a LOT more than Dale's reasonable rates. He's a great guy, clearly loves dogs, and really cares about doing the best possible job for his clients.

I cannot recommend Kerry enough! I was so nervous getting a dog from out of state, and even more nervous about transporting him safely— Kerry swooped in and instantly out me at ease. She has an incredible story and clearly such a passion for what she does…I instantly knew she was worth every penny and booked her immediately. She communicated frequently leading up to his travel date and provided tons of pictures and video updates once they were en route.
