Shawn and Shonda, owner-operators of Artemis Ark Transport, are absolutely terrific! I adopted an 11-week-old puppy ~1,300 miles away from where I live. I accepted Artemis’s CitizenShipper bid based on professional messaging and transparency as to how they operate. I wanted to hire a legitimate, licensed business with good, caring people to transport my pup – and I found them! Shawn was the driver for this transport; she was proactive in communicating and coordinating puppy pickup from the rescue organization, and she keep me updated from before she left her house until she arrived at my house in NC. During the trip, Shawn messaged me updates and photos that showed the puppy eating, pooping, peeing, chasing a ball, and/or just being cute in her crate. I do not doubt that our puppy was given the care my husband and I would have given her during the 24+ road trip. I highly recommend using Artemis Ark Transport and would use them in a heartbeat if I ever have another animal to transport.

Dale is the real deal! He underpromised and overdelivered with my 12-year old Pittie's journey across the country. He had no issues carrying her in and out of her crate as requested and was able to manage her meds perfectly. His rate was very competitive and his communication both before booking his service and during the trip were excellent. He gave a few updates each day and sent videos along the way. Sure, you can hire a driver who gives you GPS location tracking and hourly photo updates, but it's gonna cost you a LOT more than Dale's reasonable rates. He's a great guy, clearly loves dogs, and really cares about doing the best possible job for his clients.

We flew from Boston to Tampa. I held my 12 lb do’s for take off and then Kerry showed me how to settle him at our feet- he pretty much slept all the way . Kerry was a very good teacher, I admired how calm and unhurried she was, making me and my dog relax!

I cannot recommend Kerry enough! I was so nervous getting a dog from out of state, and even more nervous about transporting him safely— Kerry swooped in and instantly out me at ease. She has an incredible story and clearly such a passion for what she does…I instantly knew she was worth every penny and booked her immediately. She communicated frequently leading up to his travel date and provided tons of pictures and video updates once they were en route. Our Chunk arrived safely, on time, and super happy/calm in Seattle and Kerry made the whole process so easy. We are so in love with our sweetie pie and are very grateful for Kerry’s encouragement and expertise! Thank you again :)
