I had to move across country and I was so scared of putting my dog on a plane let alone this cross-country transportation service, but Celia was the best at easing my comfort and making this transition as seamless as possible for me. Would not recommend. Puppy was delivered a day late and we were charged more than originally agreed. On top of this the driver, Stephanie, sent over 20 messages harassing my wife about the 2nd half of the payment which was paid within 24 hours. When I pointed this out in my Venmo payment her response was “go to hell”

The ladies at The Friendly PetExpress are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! This was our first time transporting our pooch and we were very nervous, especially due to her medical condition and the fact that some responses that we received from other transporters seemed kind of shady, but Sara and Alex were great from the get go! They communicated continuously with us- even prior to the actual transport, they sent tons of pictures and updates throughout the time our pooch was with them, reassuring us that she was just fine and in good hands! We cannot stress enough how great this team is. Not only will we use them any and every time, but we will be highly recommending them to everyone we know!! If I could give them higher than a 5-star rating, I most definitely would!!

Working with John was a fantastic experience! We never had a puppy before or had used citizen shipper before, but when our initial request failed, John was able to accommodate our urgent request! He was easy to work with, great at communication and gave us updates along the way. Although it may not list it in his description, John only does solo rides. He was super careful about making sure our 8 week old puppy didn't touch the ground at service areas because of Parvo. I would recommend anyone to use John because he was so friendly, down to earth, and really made sure we felt comfortable with him. Definitely book John for your next pet transport, he's worth every penny!

I booked due to him having the best price, nearest pickup availability date, and being a vet tech. I canceled because after booking he would not confirm a date, and when asked directly when he thought pick up would be I got vague and unrelated answers about paying his fees etc. I did not use for shipping after booking as the communication was not clear. I canceled and opted to use an alternative shipper for that reason. Best of luck and hopefully he can get better at communicating with potential clients going forward.

Oh my goodness, I can not put into words how amazing and lovely these people are. From the very moment we found them, we new Joyce and her hubby were the ones we wanted to book with, we just new they were perfect for the job. We appreciate them greatly getting our beautiful Beau to us. They were very great communicating with us from start to finish. They explained how it works every step of the way and it was great getting to talk and understand before hand since this was our very first time doing something like this. Over all, they are seriously the best and we will book them again if we get another baby:) we did have to meet Joyce few hours out from our home town for a very unexpected occurrence that happened but we were happy to under the circumstances.
