Hire this man! William delivered our 13 week old puppy, taking him from Ohio to Oregon in his guaranteed time of "96 hours or less". During the 96 hours I received several pictures and updates regarding our puppy and Williams progress. I know our puppy was very well taken care of it, could not be easy to travel 2500 miles one way with a 40 lb, 13 week old puppy anytime, but they traveled through snow storms and wind storms and he brought our puppy home safe and happy. Rip, our huge, Mastiff / Anatolian puppy was walked several times a day and the weather was not nice. He stayed in hotel rooms and even was able to enjoy the Lincoln monument, the picture is adorable. I'm sure the puppy was thrilled ;) We will happily use William anytime we need to move anything. On top of all the special attention our dog was shown, William also helped with the beginnings of puppy training using the education he received as a dog trainer for the military. Nesta transported both my feneciese from Texas to Colorado. Nesta was OUTSTANDIANG and exceeded all of my expectations! She proactively maintained communications and sent pictures of my frenchies throughout the trip. She also made the trip more comfortable by having them lay in a hammock through the trip that was amazing. My dogs came back to me as happy and as healthy as they where before the pickup so I knew Nesta had taken great care of them. I would highly recommend Nesta to anybody looking for a pet transport and I would certainly use them again!

Received a text shortly after that stated whom I messaging with here is an office worker and was confused on dates and they could not ship until April 1st. Then stated I would have to request a refund for my booking fee from citizen shipper directly, not them, as they don't work for citizen shipper. Avoid.

Beware! This is simply the best animal transport company ever. Sherry and her team will make sure to take good care of your animal and go above and beyond their duty to safely deliver your pet. Last minute my delivery destination changed from Chicago to Miami and without hessitation the changes were done and my puppy arrived in time. The dog was perfectly clean, well fed and happy after traveling for almost a week. Sherry even bought a new leash to walk the dog at every rest stop. Dominic promptly sent a refund for what I had paid. I would have preferred to just reschedule for another pick up date. But was radio silence from Dominic when I tried calling and no responses to my text messages. Giving 3/5 stars because refund was sent over the day I was notified that the transport truck broke down. Disappointed that my only option was a refund and that communication with Dominic completely vanished when I was trying to find a different solution.

They did the drive in 1 day and Stryker arrived happy, healthy and well taken care of. We received photos and text updates evey few hours the entire trip. We couldn't be more happy with the service we received and not only 100% recommend Allison, but we'll be using her again next year (hopefully she'll be available) when we get our second puppy!
