On the surface they seemed like a good choice... Not the cheapest... But talked the talked... However, they were 200% flakey in communication, kept pushing back the pick-up dates from mid-January to mid-March... Finally asked them if I should look elsewhere and they responded "yes"... Well, so much for communication with a customer who paid a deposit... What a waste of time and effort... Twice they were going to pick-up the following week and I scrambled to have boat yard crew ready on call since I'm 2,700 miles away... Week of pick-up no communication... Then after the fact they tell me that the "truck is under repair waiting for parts"... So much for respect of other individuals time and efforts... Coastal Mountain is in my opinion is extremely unprofessional at least in the scheduling

We moved across country from OKC to Miami, paid a deposit on January 11th for services scheduled for pickup around Jan 30th and turnaround 7-9 days later. By March 3rd she still hadnt arranged pick up, kept blaming weather events. Changed her story multiple times about where we were on her schedule and eventually stopped responding to requests for updates. We had no choice but to involve customer service. She told customer service it would be atleast another 2-3 weeks before she could deliver our vehicle(that’s a two month delay). We had to have a rental for several weeks because of this. It cost us a well beyond the deposit amount. I would 100% not recommend their services - it’s been a nightmare for us and Tiffany takes no ownership of her inability to make good on services she claimed she could make - she will have so many excuses for not communicating, not being able to pickup. Weather is not a consistent excuse and will not make you be delayed by several weeks if we are supposedly only two deliveries out. If you have that many deliveries backlogged, you should cancel so they can find reliable transport instead of dragging it out.

Angels on earth!! From my first contact and email exchanges with Sue, to Steve’s first interaction with our sweet Emmie, I felt my prayers were answered. The evening before Emmie’s timely pickup, we had to take her to the ER vet because she had developed an allergic reaction on and into one ear. She had been recently groomed, and they had failed to use hypoallergenic shampoo. The vet put her on a tapering schedule of steroids. Steve assured me that he would have no problem administering her med, and off they went on their four day trip from San Diego to Chapel Hill, NC. Steve sent pictures and messages along the way. It was clear he and Emmie had bonded, and they were doing well. Steve is a dog whisperer! He is a very kind and loving person, who we have no problem giving our highest recommendation.

Bryan worked with us to arrive by 4:45am to be on the road by 5am. He actually left at 4:50am after our foster had peed. Bryan & his son left in time to miss all the high winds and hit about 20 mins of major rain, which was predicted for 03/14/23. They stopped about 8:20-8:30am & let him pee, which was within 4-5 hours after they left as I had requested. They also sent pics of our foster dog's pee break. They arrived within 7.5 hours to the rescue group & sent pics of their arrival. Bryan did have a leash but we left the body harness to facilitate getting in/ out car & walking an extra large dog. We wanted it back since it would cost over $45 to replace it. I gave Bryan a prepaid USPS priority mailbox for the harness & he mailed it the next day along with a pic of the receipt to track it. The only thing that would of made us more comfortable about the transport during the rough weather is if Bryan had a Pet 1st Aid & CPR certification. We definitely recommend Bryan & his son.

If thinking about having to transport your pet across the country or even just across a few states causes you anxiety, then I highly recommend that you contact Michael. The thought of getting our 8 yr old lab across the country without us was heart wrenching, but from the moment I contacted Michael, I felt reassured. Ben drove my puppy from Portland, OR to East Lansing, MI. He was wonderful! Sent so many pictures and videos, cared for my little guy as if he were his own. Sends updates often, not while driving of course. Proven to be a safe driver. He is prompt with delivery dates, providing updates, as well as GPS tracking. My puppy loved traveling in his van and loved having Ben as his travel companion. I would hire Ben 10 times over. He asks how my new puppy is doing even after drop off, which shows he really cares for both you and your pet. He goes out of his way to use expensive, hospital grade disinfectant to ensure any trace of dog illnesses are not left in his van. As a person, Ben is kind, caring, passionate, and is not pushy or impatient with you or your pet. He accommodates both of your needs. He has a crate for transport, or a pet seatbelt if you prefer your pet be a shotgun rider. I’m not sure what else I can say to attest to having Ben as a pet transporter, other than our experience was nothing but wonderful.

Greatest experience and amazing communication! We liked that Anton would always give us updates on where he was with our puppy, such as when he was picking up, when he was near the drop off location, and each time he stopped to walk her. He shared his location with us which helped ease any worries we would have about our puppy. We were so excited to receive her! He offered to deliver her for a great price. I was very satisfied. Sara and Alex did a very good job. They took care of my chickens with love and care. They sent me videos, messages every few hours even though I asked just every 8 hours. They also were ahead of time on picking my pets and deliver them before time. I recommend to use them for your pet. Sara was patient too when payment system was not working. She left without payment and waited until it worked. That's a extra ordinary trust and patience.

Be careful. I got scammed. I paid Ashley $500 to transport my dog from Missouri and Maryland on April 28 2023. I have been calling and texting her to cancel the service an get my refund back. But she is not responding to my calls and texts. Additionally I sent her a cashapp request of $500. But still no response from Ashley. I have also contacted Citizenshipper costumer service, they are saying that I need to figure out the issue with Ashley directly. I have all the prof of my phone. YALL BE CAREFUL. I didn’t get my dog transported and I didn’t get my $500 back. So yes I got scammed.

I would not even give 1 star. This company is a total scam. Lissa agreed to transport my puppy from Maine to a trainer in North Carolina. The day before the pick up she said her partner would pick up the puppy and take it to Massachusetts and Lissa would pick up puppy there the following day and begin the transport to NC. Lissa texts me and said they were on the road and that my puppy was being a good girl and then later texted they were in Maryland. I then get a text from the woman in Massachusetts telling me Lissa never picked up my puppy and that she still had her. I had to have a friend who was an hour and a half away go pick up my puppy as it was a 4 plus hour drive for me to get her. My trainer talked to Lissa and she assured him that she had my puppy and would deliver the following day. Trainer asked for her to send photo of puppy she said she would but never did - because she did not have the dog! Of course she was paid up front and has not responded to my request for a refund. Stay far far away from this scammer

She mapped the route, handled the transport agreement and payment, made a friend in my puppy’s breeder, picked up all documents along the way, kept Fairytale safe and comfortable, and actually arrived a little ahead of her scheduled time. When I first signed up with Citizen Shipper, I was shocked that 19 "shippers" contacted me. It was very confusing. I didn't know who to choose. So I thought to look for someone who just seemed like a good person. I chose Angel because she seemed like a real person, not a corporation. Angel brought our sweet, but energetic 1 yr old dog from Houston Tx to Salinas Ca, about 1,800 miles. Angel didn't use a crate, which we really appreciated. Our dog would not tolerate that, she wants to watch the world as it passes by the window. Angel was super friendly, and you could tell she really cared about animals. (At the end of the trip, our dog still wanted to give Angel love, and she asked for a picture with our dog.) Probably best of all, Angel kept us updated throughout the trip, several times a day. She sent us texts, pictures, and videos of our dog in her car and on walks in parks during potty stops. I definitely recommend her.
