After reading all these great reviews I was so excited to book this company well in advance and had a great initial interaction with Lauren. After I paid my deposit, they essentially ghosted me, never completing the intake phone call they proposed, not responding to emails, texts or phone calls. After having no confirmation 3 days before our move I was forced to find different transportation for my dog. (Kudos to CS and our new driving team for being awesome) Dealing with this company was incredibly stressful in the midst of everything that comes with a cross country move.

Travers Family Transport helped get my kids 6 pet rats and bearded dragon from Arizona to Georgia. My children passed away in November 2022 and I moved back to GA to be with my family. I had to leave their pets behind at a friend's animal rescue because I wasn't sure I had a place I could keep them at in GA. Well plans changed and I had to find a way to get them safely back to me. I used Citizen Shipper and Travers Family Transport was one of the first bids that came through. They were also the most personalized reply and acknowledged the reason for for the relocation and they also gave me the best price. I was so nervous but they made it all so easy. They also transported a cage and some of the animals belongings. They sent me text updates every few hours to let me know how the animals were doing on the ride. I loved their service so much I gave them a little extra money to thank them for the awesome service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I know rats and a lizard are definitely not their normal clients but they were willing to go out of their comfort zone to help me get my babies, babies back to me. I literally cried when they arrived.

I call this pet nanny the 'dog whisperer'! I had to leave early and was so worried about my German shepherd having to be boarded for a week before even being picked up by the pet nanny! But she went there and picked up my baby, soothed him with calming scents and treats to help him during the very long ride (Arkansas to Washington). Then when she arrived, I still didn't have a home and was staying in a hotel so she kept our boy for another week. Bach is an anxious dog and is not socialized with other dogs. Chewy (pet nanny's fur-baby) and Bach were besties by the time the trip was over! So now I know that Bach can have dog friends! I feel that Bach was in very capable hands. Even my vet couldn't control him, but pet nanny had him collar trained and was taking him for walks during their drive so he could stretch his legs. Shocked I was when she sent me the videos and pictures (which she did quiet often during the entire time she cared for Bach!) it made me feel better about the length of time he was being boarded and transported. Bach learned how to get along with other dogs, leash trained and able to be in public. Then when I finally got our home, she brought Bach to me and gave me a full review of bachs actions, health, physical and mental state and I met Chewy! If you need a dog nanny - this is your gal!!!

Out of nowhere, we came by the knowledge that a dog we love was in a less than ideal situation. On top of the resultant stress, we had to figure out how to safely transport the dog across the country. Enter Rulana. She is professional, courteous, and is completely straightforward regarding all communication, including specifics regarding required paperwork, as she is a certified USDA pet transporter. She arrived for pick up on time. Kept us up to date on where she was and how the dog was doing; and delivered exactly on time. Not an easy task when such a distance is involved. I certainly wouldn’t want to be in the same situation again, but I would definitely hire Rulana if I needed to.

Buying and moving your first boat is a scary experience. Wes however took the stress out of the delivery process. He was quick to respond to texts and phone calls. He even had a transom saver to use. He sent us a map of where he was when we left so we knew when to expect him at the dock. When we met at the dock he helped me check the boat for its maiden voyage. Making sure we were prepared with bow lines, gas and bilge drain plug. He put the boat into the water effortlessly and then rinsed and dropped off the trailer at the marina and texted us a picture when he left it. Was all around a great experience.
