Shawn was AMAZING! Contacted her on Saturday and on Monday, she was on her way to get our new little girl, Charlie. Shawn and I were in a group text with the breeder and Shawn kept us posted regularly as she was approaching the pick up location and again as she was driving to drop off our precious cargo right at our front door! When Shawn arrived, it felt like I had known her forever and you could tell she took excellent care of Charlie! I almost wish I had more pets to transport just so I could use her services again! If you are looking for a dog driver look no further than Omer! All his positive reviews are justified. I never shipped my dog by car before and was a bit concerned about the process. Also my dog, Uzi, takes time to get used to strangers. Uzi immediately loved Omer and even went into Omer's car himself. Omer sent videos throughout the trip showing Uzi being walked, fed, etc. He also used a GPS tracking device that allowed me to keep track of the trip. He arrived at the destination as planned. I'd highly recommend Omer and will use him again if I need this service .

So happy I chose PawPals! Communication was great and I was always kept up to date. The journey only took a day and I was able to see my girl’s location every step of the way. I received multiple pictures and videos of my sweet girl and he did great with her (she suffers from anxiety). I could also see every stop on the app and he made sure to stop at least every two hours for her to use the bathroom and get a break. Megan took exceptional, attentive care to my Maltese ensuring my dog was happy, well-fed and clean at all times. My Maltese is special needs. She gets dirty easily due to her defects, but Megan insured she was never dirty. She kept her warm and well-dressed as she traveled through snow, then removed her winter clothing as she arrived in warmer climates. My dog did not display any of her typical anxious behavior for Megan as she was perfectly content in Megan's care. She went out of her way to deliver extra supplies with my dog. I’m always hesitant with these transport as I’m very protective over our Gracie girl. Denise and her assistant, Trisha, were very professional since the beginning. Denise sent me updates on the road and her location at each stop. Gracie was a bit nervous the first day and Denise went out and got her some calming treats. This helped tremendously and Gracie seemed to warm up better. Denise not only delivered our dog, but also drove my car across country which saved us LOTS of money. I can not say enough about the quality of the service I received. Above and beyond what I expected, but had hoped for. The service was extceptional. I had my 8 month, old 40 lb labradoodle picked up in Braselton GA and delivered to me in Fort Worth TX. Alex contacted the owner, set up the pick up time and kept me informed from that point until she was delivered. He and his wife Alecia drove through the night and sent me text updates, pictures and access to their gps so that I could see where they were at all times. They treated her like she was their puppy and part of their family. I could go on and on but just believe me they are the best!

Claude transported my 5 year old Golden Retriever Ace from New Jersey to Nevada. I would give him 10 stars if I could, that’s how wonderful the service was. From beginning to end, I felt extremely comfortable and at ease. Claude consistently provided updates and constant communication. I appreciated this a lot, especially given it was a long drive. Claude provided updates of which states he was in, when he stopped for Ace, when Ace ate his meals and what his ETA was. Along with a lot of photos. I love the feature of being able to video call and see Ace in real time! I would 100% recommend and use Golden Voyages in the future. I’m sorry to say but I was upset with this entire situation. The driver smokes, which I didn’t know about. I feel that should have been disclosed. I was also told my ride was a sole ride and it wasn’t. Her own personal dog came along for the ride. I just felt uncomfortable with the entire trip. My cats arrived filthy!

Besides a problem as far as pick up time from 12:15 am to 5 am to finally picking up at 7:15 am gave driver a maxwell house plastic container with dry cat food and some temptations treats 16oz. Delivered my cat with left over wet food but dry cat food and treats were missing finally delivered on March 7 at 8:15pm when their projected time was March 8 or the 9. Other than that think they did a good job I give 4 stars for the price good job and transportation of lil midnight. Stephan was a great person to deal with his rating is 5 stars.
