Adam is awesome! He is super easy to work with. The price was good, & very competitive. I was adopting a dog from Kansas. Adam made it from Kansas to Washington state quickly. He even had other drop offs! Adam kept in contact & sent pictures & updates when reception allowed. The timeline was quick & he made it early! I would highly recommend using his transportation service to anyone. He is not pushy about getting a deposit or payment upfront. Which appealed greatly. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. I hired her through citizenshipper to transport my 4 year old Labrador from Charleston sc to the Atlanta airport. The delivery was very time dependent since my baby daughter and I were travelling by plane going to meet Michelle at the departures and check the dog. Needless to say I was nervous. Michelle was conscientious and detailed from first contact getting all pertinent details crate size dog temperament and timing. She arranged to arrive the night before to leave early and kept in regular contact up to the date of departure and on her way to Charleston. She took excellent care of Kiki ensuring a comfy ride stopping multiple times to feed and play and bathroom so she would be d’elle cervidés before her overseas flight. She provided updates along the. Journey and arrived early at the airport and delivered Kiki happy and healthy and on time for her long flight to Zambia. I can’t thank her enough. I will be recommending her to all my friends who work overseas . Thanks Michelle and her daughter Barb!!

Sherry was AMAZING to say the least. She was super accommodating with our schedule in such a short time period. Even before I booked with Pet Portals he was so friendly and helpful. I had a few different people with the same bid I could’ve went with, but I felt the most comfortable booking with him and I’m glad I did. He treated my pup like she was his own for the entire time he had her! She didn’t want to leave him and kept trying to load back into his car. I highly recommend Barry to transport your dog. His communication prior to the pickup was clear and he arrived sooner than we had initially planned which was great. He sat down and played with the dog which put the dog at ease C before loading him into the car and crate. We received photos and communication during the trip from St. Petersburg to Ann Arbor and Barry hit his ETA on the nose. I probably will not need a pet transporter again but if I do, I would want Barry to handle the transport

Ashley was incredible, I cannot speak highly enough of her. She took great care of my large, spooked german Shepard puppy and made the whole experience a true delight. Her sensitivity and calmness with my dog is something I will never forget. Anyone who is looking to transport their animal, look no further Ashley is the one. She really understands dogs and is very loving and patient. Unfortunately due to a breeder backing out last minute, I was unable to use Marie’s Transport. During an almost two week process planning, gathering info from both parties, and ensuring the puppy would be picked up & delivered safely Marie was so kind. She was responsive, understanding, thorough and sympathetic. I was spammed by a breeder and had to cancel two days prior to pickup, I was extremely distraught and Marie was nothing but kind and understanding. I will most definitely reach out to Marie in the future if I need anything transported.
