Very satisfied with the amazing service Shae provided to my furry baby. I would like to say I’ve never used a transport company to relocate my dog, he has always gone with me but because he is a short nose and we were moving out of the state, I couldn’t bring him on the airplane with me. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the attention that Shae gave my dog, I was updated with photos along the way and time frame throughout the whole trip. If I ever need to contact a company for transporting my baby, he would definitely be the first one to be notified. He took care of everything for me and had all my worries (at first) fade away.

I needed a transport for my senior dog from LAX to LAS While this transport job was a little more involved than usual, (my dog needed to be picked up at pacific air cargo at LAX) Krystal was patient with the entire process and honored all of my requests in between. There were some hiccups with the unloading time (which was beyond her control) but she did not complain once. In the end, she got the job done. PLEASE READ: 2 weeks out before coming home from deployment, I accepted a bid to have my two dogs get driven from WA to TN. Based off this bid, my family got plane tickets to welcome me home. After two weeks of being told Feb 2nd was the pickup, the day before we still had nothing nailed down. After talking with the owner over the phone, I was being told he could not pick my dogs up on the 2nd due to other people not accepting bids because they did not want to pay the citizenshipper fee. So the day before my dogs were supposed to be picked up, it took me calling to figure out that it needed to be canceled. Now I am in a different country trying to find someone to pick my dogs up within 24 hours. I am extremely upset that I went through all the proper steps and that this business did not follow through because they had people flake on them. Just because other people flake out on booking does not justify flaking out on your paying customers. Book at your own risk. This is the first time this has happened to me on this website.

He drove our dog from UT to NH over the course of five days through some really awful weather - but did it in a manner that was both timely as well as safe. He kept us updated each day on how our dog was doing, shared photos, updated us on their progress and path, etc. Very communicative and very friendly - was clear he enjoys his job and that he took great care of our dog. And Coco was happy along the way and in great spirits when she arrived after such a long journey. I am thankful to have connected with Tim, and am beyond pleased with all that transpired on this trip. Thank you, Tim!
