Johnathan was incredible. He transported two turtles from CT to Florida last minute. So responsive. So kind. I couldn’t rave about him enough. I have a hard time trusting and I immediately he knew he was the perfect fit. I had other quotes cheaper but I knew he was the go to guy. He was still affordable btw. They got my puppy here safe and pretty fast. She was a little stinky but she's not fully vaccinated so wasn't allowed out of her crate for the trip. When I checked in they responded fairly fast. What a wonderful experience with Malicia. I had other bids but when Malicia sent me her bid with such a nice note about herself and pet transportation experience I just knew I wanted Malicia to care for my babies on such a long trip. Malicia was top notch A++ during the trip. She sent me pics of my girls eating and walking around. I loved them all. I gòt such a thoughtful cute video of my girls. 💕 Malicia was in constant contact of where they were, the stops to rest etc. She updated me during the trip of how things were going on the road and the girls. I really liked how she kept me updated on the road. I know Malicia cared for my girls with attention, love and effection. Malicia got to my house earlier than expected and that was the best! Other bids I got thier on the road days were like 3 to 7 days to get my girls to me. This is due to they are waiting to see if they can get an additional job to drive all the animals together. I was not happy as I felt like they were most interested in jobs on the way to me. I didn't feel that my trip my babies to get to me was the important job. To me these companies that do this is concerned most about how much money they can make going along with my job. Malicia drives with only one families pet and no others. My girls got the one on one attention they deserved. I would highly recommend Malicia for your pets travel. You will know your babies are in nurturing hands and not thier crate sitting amongst other pets crates.

Steve is an angel sent from heaven above. There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to Steve for safely bringing home our sweet 7 year old yellow lab, Riley, all the way from Sacramento, California to Dunedin, Florida! It was such a long trek, but Steve did everything in his power to ensure Riley’s safety & comfort at all times. Steve is a calm, gentle soul who leads with kindness….dogs & owners alike respond positively to his energy. I know both Riley & I did as he put us both at ease immediately. He put Riley’s comfort & needs way before his own. Poor guy even endured the stench of Riley’s outdoor stinky bed so that she could be comforted by a familiar scent! Steve communicated with us every step of the way & sent pictures from every rest stop & hotel which gave us such reassuring comfort. You could tell that Riley had completely trusted & bonded with Steve & the two of them were best buds! They slept in bed together every night! I also appreciated the fact that Steve took breaks on a regular basis to walk her which helped her relax when they got back in the car. When Steve brought Riley home, she looked so happy, healthy, & calm! In fact, when Steve said his goodbyes & got back in his car, Riley jumped in his back seat, lol! If we ever need to transport any of our pets again, Steve will be our first call. I know how nerve wracking it is to pick the right transporter for your best friend. Overall, I was soooo scared to even use this site or the service as I trust very little in anyone but maaaaan, did K9Lives Transport do me right. I HIGHLY recommend them. My husband and I had to move 4 cats from New York to Colorado. We hired Kerry to help us. We could not have done it without her. She is knowledgeable about all of the twists and turns we would be facing (like TSA) and staying in a pet friendly hotel and then of course the flight which was really nerve wracking for me because I have never traveled with a cat before, let alone 4 of them. Kerry had it covered all the way and without her it would have been beyond difficult. She is a professional who knows exactly what she is doing. I can't recommend her enough. If you need help transporting a pet, do not hesitate to hire her. I can't say enough. She even contacted me the next day to see how we were doing and offered some suggestions as to how to help my cats get acclimated to their new home. She definitely didn't have to do that! She goes above and beyond. Again, I highly recommend her services and can't say enough good things about her. Don't hesitate, she's the real deal. Oh, and she also changed a flight to accommodate us when we asked for help getting to the rental car location in Colorado. She stayed overnight in Colorado just to help us with that. Just wanted to add that in to show how much she really cares about doing the right thing and being helpful. She's a godsend.

I can’t say enough good things about Emeralds fur baby transport. Esmeralda and Jo are wonderful, amazing, loving and kind. They jumped in in a bad situation, and we needed urgent help and they were on the job within an hour. They brought our 3 cats to us 7 hours away and went above and beyond by going to the store for a few supplies and going to the vet. I can’t recommend this them enough. They are TOP NOTCH 5 stars. They helped us feel comfortable in the situation that arose and we could follow them on gps and she sent pictures all along the way. Again, EMERALDS is wonderful- don’t hesitate to use them for your fur babies, they will be well cared for and loved.
