Beyond amazing, she sent links often to track progress worked with me being in the middle of moving and sent loads of photos along the drive! She made me feel really comfortable witt moving my pet and gave a really decent price for the hole adventure. They took amazing care of the cats, sent updates all along the way, and got them to their destination at the specified time even though they were driving through snow storms. From pick up to drop off and all in between, Anoosha has been phenomenal with us and our fur baby. She is so down-to-earth, and someone you can trust that will love on your animal as if they are her own. We have used pet transporters a few times in the past and Onur Mumcu is by far, the most kind, attentive and efficient transporter we have ever worked with. Not only did he offer competitive pricing, he also went above and beyond to accommodate the speedy delivery of our new puppy, delivering her within 24 hours to be exact. (From Pennsylvania to Hyannis Massachusetts). During the entirety of the trip, Onur sent us numerous photos and videos regarding the puppy’s activities, whether it were stopping for a walk, snack time, or peacefully sleeping during the ride. Thanks to the live GPS Tracking link made available to me by Onur, I was able to stay updated by the second. What I loved most about Onur is that he wanted to make sure we were 100% satisfied with his services before allowing us to send the rest of his payment, despite how eager we were to pay him in full, he just wouldn’t accept the money until he felt it was earned. I will most certainly recommend MUMCU ENT to anyone who needs their pet transported safely, efficiently and with love. We couldn’t have found a better person for the job. My family and I are not animal people and as such have never heard of services such as Dependable Driver Solutions. So when a relative who lives over 2,000 miles away needed their dog (Vita) to be taken in after unforeseen circumstances, we were at a loss as to how to handle the situation. We were extremely skeptical of hiring anyone to do this for us and were trying to figure out the logistics to do it ourselves. That's when a friend suggested we use CitizenShipper. I honestly don't even know where to start.. I guess, 1st I want to say that I have NEVER done anything like this before (having an animal shipped/transported)! I have also never put my trust in a complete stranger the way I did with John! I came across this website (citizenshipper), made an account, posted my ad and crossed my fingers! I really didn't have much faith or trust in it not being a big scam! Within literally minutes I had random people messaging me with a short message on why they are the best option and their quote or "bid" for the transport! It mapped out to be 800 something miles and I had bids from $300 to $860! Obviously, the lower the fee, the better, right? Well I passed up and turned down some lower bids cuz John made an appearance in my inbox.. and let me tell u.. I knew right away he was the one lol! From his very 1st message, there was absolutely NO pressure! He gave me full details on when he could pick up and when he would be here to deliver! John also had another possible customer needing transportation on his way to me and he gave me the choice to continue with the original VIP plan or share a ride with another pet which would give me a discount! Either was fine with me but what's important is that he communicated all details and options to me before he made any choice without my input! He truly made me feel like he had mine and my pet's best interest in mind! Within maybe an hour of him contacting me, John was on his way to pick up my new fur baby! AMAZING!! So now, reality has hit me and this is really happening.. I accepted his bid, made my payment and he is in route! He sent me GPS verification he was traveling, how many miles until he arrives and the amount of time it would take! STILL SKEPTICAL, I then let the other party know his name, the vehicle he will be in and the time he should arrive at their front door! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.. He arrived about 3 mins early and once again provided proof in the form of several super adorable pictures with my new pup loaded, comfortable on a soft fluffy bed and ready for the long journey! Up until that point, I had mixed feelings and really thought about the possibility that I made a bad decision and just lost my money! So, now my mind is completely at ease and John had earned my full trust! After pick up, he once again sent me GPS details for the next part of travel! During every single break he took to let my boy stretch his legs and burn some energy, John took many pictures and some awesome videos of their adventure! Listen to me, this man went above and beyond what anyone would expect out of him! All I needed was a little update here and there! Something as simple as, "Just stopped for a potty break, we're back on the road, here's my ETA." But no, I received SOOO much more than that! Not only did he keep me informed and send updates, John did everything in his power to make this trip fun and much less stressful for my pup! John took the time to let him explore and have some fun in the sun! He really enjoyed my dog and they BOTH had a great time together.. the footage of them two, that John shared with me, really showed that! It made me very happy! John arrived at my house at the exact time he said he would! He handed my boy off to me with a huge smile.. he even took some time to chat with me and told me the highlights of their time together! John kept his word from start to finish and exceeded my expectations on so many levels! If I ever need someone I can 100% trust in the future, he will definitely be my 1st and only choice! 💗💗💗 MY FAMILY THANKS U SOO MUCH!!!
