The WORST experience and decision I've made possibly in my life. Just as other reviews said, no updates given, dates changed around, dogs eventually dropped off at 1am, yelled at by the driver, my dogs were caked in urine and feces and dehydrated beyond belief. I have never head of this service for 'Bigger' dogs before. I have a 5 year old Wheaten Terrier and was moving from FL to CA. Kerry answered all my questions to assure me of what the service was and was so prompt! I was in the middle of moving, and wasn't always the most responsive to Kerry, but she took care of EVERYTHING. It could not have gone any smoother. Kerry met us before checking in our luggage and handed our dog over after collecting the luggage, and everything in between we didn't even have to worry about. I was thoroughly satisfied with Dara and Grace...they took such good care my my big baby Azul...Those ladies were my saving grace on bringing him home from Mesa Az to West Monroe Louisiana...I offered to have him dropped off in Shreveport Louisiana to save them the hour and half drive but they insisted on bringing him all the way to me...they kept him calm and happy and sent me texts and pictures the whole trip and I would recommend them to anyone I meet that needs their services!!! He lured me in by promising to leave right away, drive straight to me and then to the destination. He confirmed and was readily available texting/emailing etc. After I booked it he became all about an upfront payment policy he has. He hadn’t mentioned this policy any time previous to my booking. He literally stopped driving and begged me for the money to “pay for gas just to get to you”. He said he was only 3 hrs away at that time. That was at 10 am. It is now 7 pm He hasn’t texted, hasn’t emailed, his phone has been disconnected and He failed to show up. The last time I heard from him was him begging me for money and then to confirm he got my payment. This guy is a complete scam artist!! He stopped communication the minute he got his upfront payment!! He scammed me out if money. I have used Citizens shippers many times The drivers are usually Great So I trusted he was the same He is not!! Do not waste your money !! Scammer!
