Will make payment process very difficult to where you feel you have to pay with Cash App/Venmo, then doesn’t show up to pick up shipment. Re scheduled pick up three different times. Very unprofessional. Created a fake package tracking number that was shown delivered in TX so the money paid using PayPal would be released from holding. My shipment was supposed to be picked up in CA…. Beware!

Erica did a fantastic job taking care of my two little dogs. She has a van and had crates with other dogs to drop off and pick up on her circuitous route across the country, but they all were getting individual attention and love and took turns riding up front with her depending on their needs. The van was clean and all the crates were clean and the dogs all had plenty of space and food and breaks. I saw her being careful and loving with all of them. My dogs were clearly in love with her and made friends with the other dogs. So even though the trip ended up taking longer than originally planned because of the weather I know the dogs got lots of care and attention on the trip.

I'M NOT EASY TO PLEASE... SERIOUSLY, ASK MY FAMILY! LOLOL I could not be happier with the service I received bringing my Dutch Shepherd/Belgian malinois door to door from the breeder in New York state to the Arkansas Ozarks by Travers family transport. I scheduled a solo trip, no paws on the ground service. After the sudden and unexpected passing of my former personal protection dog, I was more than a little apprehensive about a transport this distance... And it showed. Not only was my puppy treated extremely well, I received pictures and updates every few hours. The breeder called me to say that she was very comfortable releasing the dog to Travers family transport, because the vehicle was clean everything was sanitized and he had all the proper sanitizers trash bags gloves etc. Very professional. They're not the cheapest, and they shouldn't be. They provide Superior service. And if you're fortunate enough to get to use them, you should tip them well because they deserve it. And I very seldom leave positive reviews for anybody for any reason, but these folks knocked it out of the park for me and made a really dark time in my life much happier with the arrival of my puppy. My puppy is also sorry to see Ron go... These dogs even as puppies can be rather temperamental and typically don't travel well. That is a testament to how well Ron does with animals. His wife Dawn helped keep in contact with a group chat, although she was not riding with him this time. Again, couldn't be happier...

Tiffany and Brian are the best! My partner and I booked their service to transport a 34ft Airstream from GA to CA. Not only did they transport it safely, had great communication and gave updates but they also got here two days before the estimated delivery date and are both very skilled drivers(having to pull into a very tight and angled driveway). When they arrived, they walked me through how to use the batteries, take the hitch on and off and were very patient and happy to answer all of my questions. Joe and Debbie were fantastic! They communicated timely and were flexible with our requests. They kept us updated with pictures and texts along the way and were very understanding of our rescue dog’s needs. My Family moved from Northern Virginia to Washington State. I was so worried about finding the right company to drive our Pittbull because we couldn’t fly her. I had a few different companies that I was deciding between, and I went with Dawg Gone because of their experience, reviews and communication. Danielle was always quick to return my messages and answer my many questions. When our drivers Taylor & Christien arrived they spent time talking with me about their route and other drop offs and just helped me feel at ease about everything. I was able to take my time getting her bedding set up in their van and to say goodbye. Their communication was INCREDIBLE, I received videos, pictures, and updates. They even let me know when they were going to stop to rest. My dog sometimes doesn’t eat and they went out of their way to try different methods to get her to eat and it worked. They arrived in four days! I could not believe the long hours they put in. It truly takes a special person to do this type of work. They are truly passionate about what they do and it shows. I highly recommend Dawg Gone if you need your animal cared for, protected and loved on their journey. I am forever grateful. Our family is together again because of these incredible Individuals.
