Hi! Thanks for stopping by my profile, I’m Michelle Hudson. A Mom to 4 adult children, a Nana, and a farmer's wife for the past 16 years. I’ve had fur-babies since I was a very little girl, over 50 years. Everything from cats and dogs to rabbits, horses and cows. At Cloud 9 Ranch, I know every one of our animals and their personalities, including our chickens. Home base is located near the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains in Greeneville, TN. My mission is to make sure your fur-baby gets from point A to point B safely, stress free and with all the love they would receive if they were able to travel with you. My husband has been retired since 2019 from the medical field, where he served for 25 years as a Paramedic. He still does most of the animal husbandry. My oldest daughter has joined the transport team as well. She served in the Marine Corps for 5 years and has a passion for animals rescuing several, including her current four cats. So rest assured your critter (said with affection) will be cared for like he/she is a part of our family. I actually carry on conversations with them. The nice thing is, they don't normally give any lip nor do they tell anyone our secrets! We have over 50 transports in our first year of Business, all with 5 star reviews. I also work with several rescues, helping to get their pups/kittens to new foster or forever homes. There are several things that need to be taken into account when hiring a transporter for your fur-baby. So, choosing the lowest bid may not yield you the results you want. Cheaper is not always better. As a transporter, we need to take into account: * gas prices in various location * vehicle maintenance * emergency repairs * hotel/motel rooms for longer trips * Time spent for walks and restroom breaks (where applicable), feeding and play time. With all of the above said, there are some things that need to be said. And yes, I realize this is a bit long. I want you to know exactly what can be expected. These are rules we follow with our own fur-babies when we travel. *Our highest priority is the safety and well being of your pet(s) being transported. We know it is hard to trust someone else with your baby(s), but rest assured, we will take good care of them. *We do our best to give an approximate ETA, but there will be circumstances that are out of our control. Things such as weather and traffic can all affect our ETA. We will be in contact with you immediately should anything delay our estimated arrival time. *PUPPIES: any puppy under 4 months of age will not be allowed to leave the vehicle under any circumstance. This is for their own health, as they do not have the immune system to fight off various diseases. The vehicle will be equipped with training pads, and these will be changed out as often as necessary. *CATS: Cats will need to be crated. EVERY cat will have a litter box that they have free access to. This will be cleaned at every stop along the way. *We ask that you supply the food. As a change in food can cause an upset tummy leading to diarrhea and vomiting (that never makes for a fun trip for them or us). We offer VIP (Private) transports: Your pet will be our only passenger, for this reason, the fee will be higher. For longer VIP trips, we stay in pet friendly hotels or Airbnb's. You fur baby will stay in the room with us. We travel all lower 48 states for VIP trips. We are implementing the use of Sniffspot in our longer travels. We will make one stop at day's end before we settle down for the night so that your pup, if old enough, will get at least one hour of free run time as all stops we use will be fully fenced. This gives your pup a chance to burn off all that pent up energy from the day's travel. If you still have questions, please feel free to reach out. Michelle did a wonderful job transporting my anxious (recently traumatized) dog from NC to MN. She took extra time to get to know my 8-yr-old girl, and to help train her to jump up into the well-equipped transport vehicle. I got lots of pictures at each rest break. Michelle was a stickler about safety rules and regulations, which I very much appreciated. I'd hire her again in a second!

I can't thank Michelle enough for such a wonderful experience!!! This was the first time I've used a transport service. Michelle made it extremely easy and walked me through everything. My little "critters" were newly adopted rescues. I was so nervous for them. Lol, I grew a couple gray hairs needlessly. When they arrived home, they were such happy little campers!!! They became best buddies with Michelle!! Thank toy again Michelle!!! I will recommend you anytime I hear of someone who needs a transport service. Michelle was the most kind and amazing pet transporter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a military family we move alot and our pet's health is one of our top priorities during such a stressful time. Michelle took our babies and showered them with so much love they didn't get carsick AND wanted her to stay after she brought them to us. I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. I hired her through citizenshipper to transport my 4 year old Labrador from Charleston sc to the Atlanta airport. The delivery was very time dependent since my baby daughter and I were travelling by plane going to meet Michelle at the departures and check the dog. Needless to say I was nervous. Michelle was conscientious and detailed from first contact getting all pertinent details crate size dog temperament and timing. She arranged to arrive the night before to leave early and kept in regular contact up to the date of departure and on her way to Charleston. She took excellent care of Kiki ensuring a comfy ride stopping multiple times to feed and play and bathroom so she would be d’elle cervidés before her overseas flight. She provided updates along the. Journey and arrived early at the airport and delivered Kiki happy and healthy and on time for her long flight to Zambia. I can’t thank her enough. I will be recommending her to all my friends who work overseas . Thanks Michelle and her daughter Barb!!

Michelle is awesome!! Many years of experience and took great care of our new Havanese puppy on his trip from the breeder in NC to his new forever home in KY.
