I’m Michelle Hudson — mom of four grown humans, Nana to the cutest grandbabies, and a farmer’s wife since 2006 (which basically means I’ve mastered the art of chasing chickens while holding coffee). I’ve had fur‑babies for over 50 years. Yep… five decades of loving everything from cats and dogs to rabbits, horses, and cows. If it wiggles, snuggles, moos, or meows, I’ve probably raised it, fed it, or had a full-blown conversation with it. Here at Cloud 9 Ranch, nestled near the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in Greeneville, TN, every critter has a name, a personality, and usually an opinion. 💛 My Mission (aka: Why I Do What I Do) To get your fur‑baby from point A to point B safely, calmly, and with all the love and spoiling they’d get if they were riding shotgun with you. I’m basically the road‑trip auntie your pet didn’t know they needed. 🐾 Meet the PAATS Crew My husband retired in 2019 after 25 years as a Paramedic. Now he handles most of the animal care around here — and the animals treat him like he’s the mayor. My oldest daughter joined the transport team too. She’s a Marine Corps veteran with a heart of gold and four cats who think they’re her bosses. So yes — your critter (said with affection) will be treated like royalty. I talk to them the whole trip. They don’t sass me, and they definitely don’t spill secrets. 🚐 Our Transport Street Cred Since I started in 2023, I have completed over 300 transports and traveled over 1 million miles, without incident. We also help rescues get pups and kittens to their new foster or forever homes. Basically, we’re the Uber, Lyft, and personal butler service for animals. 🧠 Before You Pick a Transporter… Cheapest isn’t always best — especially when your baby is involved. A responsible transporter isn’t just driving from Point A to Point B. They’re planning, preparing, and protecting your pet every mile of the way. That means factoring in things like: - Gas prices (which change more than a toddler’s mood) - Routine vehicle maintenance - Unexpected repairs - Hotel stays for long-distance trips - Walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime These aren’t “extras.” They’re the basics of keeping your pet safe, comfy, and genuinely cared for. And that matters far more than a bargain price. When I place a bid, it’s for a PRIVATE TRANSPORT — your pet is my only passenger — and ALL expenses are included. No surprises. No shortcuts. Just safe, loving, one‑on‑one care from start to finish. 🐶 What You Can Expect From Us Safety first. Always. We know trusting someone with your baby is huge, and we take that seriously. ETA updates: We give an estimated arrival time, but weather and traffic sometimes like to test our patience. If anything changes, you’ll hear from us right away. Puppies: Under 4 months? They stay in the vehicle for health reasons. Training pads on deck, changed as often as needed. Cats: All cats must be crated. Each one gets their own litter box, cleaned at every stop. (Yes, we respect feline royalty.) Food: Please send their regular food — nobody wants a tummy‑trouble road trip. ✨ VIP (Private) Transport Your pet becomes our one and only passenger. For long trips, we stay in pet‑friendly hotels or Airbnbs, and your fur‑baby stays right in the room with us. We offer VIP service across all lower 48 states. Michelle did a wonderful job transporting my anxious (recently traumatized) dog from NC to MN. She took extra time to get to know my 8-yr-old girl, and to help train her to jump up into the well-equipped transport vehicle. I got lots of pictures at each rest break. Michelle was a stickler about safety rules and regulations, which I very much appreciated. I'd hire her again in a second!

I can't thank Michelle enough for such a wonderful experience!!! This was the first time I've used a transport service. Michelle made it extremely easy and walked me through everything. My little "critters" were newly adopted rescues. I was so nervous for them. Lol, I grew a couple gray hairs needlessly. When they arrived home, they were such happy little campers!!! They became best buddies with Michelle!! Thank toy again Michelle!!! I will recommend you anytime I hear of someone who needs a transport service. Michelle was the most kind and amazing pet transporter I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a military family we move alot and our pet's health is one of our top priorities during such a stressful time. Michelle took our babies and showered them with so much love they didn't get carsick AND wanted her to stay after she brought them to us. She kept us in the loop the entire time and sent tons of updates. We will be using them for every pet move from here on out!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle. I hired her through citizenshipper to transport my 4 year old Labrador from Charleston sc to the Atlanta airport. The delivery was very time dependent since my baby daughter and I were travelling by plane going to meet Michelle at the departures and check the dog. Needless to say I was nervous. Michelle was conscientious and detailed from first contact getting all pertinent details crate size dog temperament and timing. She arranged to arrive the night before to leave early and kept in regular contact up to the date of departure and on her way to Charleston. She took excellent care of Kiki ensuring a comfy ride stopping multiple times to feed and play and bathroom so she would be d’elle cervidés before her overseas flight. She provided updates along the. Journey and arrived early at the airport and delivered Kiki happy and healthy and on time for her long flight to Zambia. I can’t thank her enough. I will be recommending her to all my friends who work overseas . Thanks Michelle and her daughter Barb!!

Michelle is awesome!! Many years of experience and took great care of our new Havanese puppy on his trip from the breeder in NC to his new forever home in KY. We split the trip over 2 days at her suggestion which was the right call. She kept us up to date with pics and texts throughout the trip. Highly recommend her for your next transport!

Michelle was amazing. From the minute I talked to her, I knew we picked the right shipper. She asked so many great questions and her communication during the entire process was seamless.
