We Just had Shaun Hoffman and her daughter take our Bernese Mountain dog from Conroe TX to LAX airport to be shipped to Australia. Absolutely wonderful!!! Misti is just amazing. She was professional and so helpful. From the moment you start to communicate with her she response back quickly. She helps you with any questions you may have. She is in contact with you and the person she’s picking up the animal from beginning to end. She has real time GPS so both parties are able to know her arrival time. She also has all kinds of paperwork to help with the transfer of ownership with your animal. I literally was texting her like 1am in the morning not expecting a response and yes 😂 she did respond. I really can’t say enough about her. Desiree was extremely trustworthy and sweet throughout the whole process. She kept me informed on when she planned on arriving and immediately told me if there were any setbacks of any kind. She provided her own crate and does VIP service so your pet is delivered separately instead of doing multiple deliveries along the way which was really nice for my anxious cat. She also picked up and delivered my animal on the same day and didn’t take any unneeded stops along the way. The service is extremely good for how cheap her prices are and I honestly think you wouldn’t be able to get a better experience for the price with someone else. VERY recommended!!

I had a great experience with Michael transporting my dog from Seattle to San Francisco. We had a call a few weeks before the travel date to outline what to expect while she was in transport and I felt very at ease knowing she would be in good hands. My pup had never ridden in a car for that long but was well taken care of and even tolerated🤣. It was a great trip for him and he was well received on the other end in Idaho. I was even able to send all of his stuff with him. And he was a spoiled pup, so there was quite a bit. Chance accommodated my needs and handled this task admirably. She enables her location tracker on her phone so it is easy to always look and see exactly where your dog is. Bottom line up front: I would absolutely utilize Rulana’s pet transport services again should I ever need them. She tells you exactly what you need to know/do for your pet prior to transfer and clearly loves what she does, which you can tell but how knowledgeable she is when explaining how pets might experience during transfer, how often they stop for potty and play time. She also emphasizes her safety and cleaning procedures for your pets, for which her standards are very high. Your pet will be well cared for and safe when traveling with Rulana.

I’ve used this site a few times and never had any issues or complaints, I’ve always left good reviews but this is an exception. There was an unfortunate incident with a Breedervst pick up which caused a delay and I was not contacted about the problem until the eleventh hour when the transporters were irate. I had to listen to them tell me at great length what the Breeder said and did and how they deserve compensation. Well. I was and am strapped financially but I felt bad and offered an extra $50 on top of the $200 agreed upon rate from Deland to Pembroke Pines. They were threatening to cancel the transport so I was trying my best to calm them down and make peace so I could get my $400 cat delivered. After finally picking up the cat, I get a call from the transporter and he raised his voice so loud I had to hold the phone away from my ear. He was irate about all the wasted time and gas he spent. I waited s3veral minutes for him to finish and he wouldn’t stop ranting, I finally asked what he wants from me and he said z$50 isn’t enough, he wants more. I don’t have more money to give him. He then said they would be spending the night in a hotel and another delivery will be pushed ahead of mine. The next day I texted him stb8:30am, and again at 10:30 and got a text atb12:30pm. At this point, in his emotional state from the previous day I was worried about my cat. Before I heard back from him I contacted Cassie, who runs this company. She called me later and threatened to have my cat returned to the Breeder. She ranted and raved at me until I finally gave up trying to get a word in and hung up. I felt so verbally abused at this point I had to resort to just texting,. I had to constantly defend myself regarding false allegations made by the transporters to Cassie. Cassie said I was just like the Breeder. I had already apologized for what occurred with the Breeder. I should have been contacted much earlier and I could have resolved the situation. Long story short, I got the cat atb6:40pm the following evening and I was told I needed to give Cassie more money. I paid the additional tax in addition to the agreed upon rate of $200 and the $50 in compensation. What a nightmare. I cannot recommend these people.

EXCELLENT service provided by Paws Across America!! They transported my 100lb dog and he arrived safely and within the time frame they said he would arrive. Both Patrick and Eric’s communication was professional, very friendly and their response times were timely. Their service was also affordable. I was able to track the transport of my pup through a GPS app which added some extra reassurance. We received photos each day as well. Highly recommend their team and I will use their services again if my dog needs transport. You won’t regret booking them!

Tiffany told me that she will deliver my dog on time, but she is two days late. I still have not receive my dog while giving this review… she only gave me one update on my dog and has not been giving me more updates on the days that pass. I have been the only one reaching out to her trying to get more information on what is going on. I am worried sick waiting for my dog to come home. I would not recommend anyone to feel this way.

They did a fabulous job! I had my two pups transported all the way from San Diego to Woodbridge VA.! I was a wreck but they sent me constant videos and kept me updated as to where they were. And the price was very reasonable! Also, it was last minute and they made it happen. Without their I wouldn't have been able to get them to our new home. Thank you so much to Arete and their crew,
