What I liked was the communication with the pick up person and with the driver. The person who picked up my stuff took lots of pictures to be sure we didn't miss anything. The driver contacted me to update his journey and was very nice to move the boxes to where I needed them on my end. The only issue I would have to share is don't be in a hurry. They have many stops so you won't get your stuff quickly.

Absolutely disappointed. I reached out to confirm this driver was available and willing for my dates, understanding it was short notice. They said they could do it, answered a couple questions I had, and all was good. I booked them, then they just stopped responding. You can see the “seen” message status (which I don’t think they are aware of) when they read your messages, so I know that they looked at my messages and ignored me, which I screen-shorted. I asked for a confirmation they would still be good, just to double check, they did not respond to that after reading it. I asked one last time, and even told them I would have to cancel if they didn’t respond, they read that, and ignored me. It is so, so disappointing to have to deal with this. I get it, life happens sometimes. Which I totally would’ve understood had they said something. But how can you market yourself as a professional when you literally ignore your customers? This caused a giant pain because now I have to find somebody on even shorter notice, and go through the whole issue of getting my original booking fee refunded. Would not recommend.

John and his wields diedre were amazing and quick. Got my kaya girl my pup from close to La to NY IN 4 day and she had a blast. He sent pics and updates the whole time and was here when he said.
