Mr. Billy was nothing less than a Godsend to us. He communicated from the beginning to the end with pictures and updates. He went above and beyond and he's worth EVERY penny and then some. I would book him over and over to transport anything of value and meaning. For this transport he had my 1 year old Golden Doodle Jade who his quite skittish, but before the end they were best friends as Mr. Billy is a bona fide animal lover and took great care of him. Billy did an excellent job moving my stepdad's boat and made it look easy! He had to back the trailer up down a long narrow boat ramp and did so easily the first try. Then he had to get the boat into a small storage unit with little room for error, again, no problem. He is also professional and patient. I would definitely hire him again!

Josh was the amazing! Prior to meeting Josh I was very nervous to book and use this service. My dogs are my babies and I was scared to hand them over to a stranger. The moment I spoke to Josh on the phone he made me so comfortable. He was extremely professional, honest and just so kind and my dogs LOVED him. Dennis picked up our two very old dogs in California to deliver them to Maryland. He was also transporting a Cane Corso "with behavioral problems" (in his own words) in a crate. He assured us that the dogs would be kept separate. However, a few days later he decided to let the three out together in a dog run area. He told us our 12 year old dog was injured by the Corso, but it was just a "scratch" and promised to take our dog to a vet to have it checked out. When he delivered the dogs I asked about the matted hair on our dog and he insisted (twice) that our dog was fine and proceeded to explain that the 3 days off schedule and lack of communication was because of his own wound from the Cane Corso. We brought the dog into our home and cleaned up the matted hair and found a very deep, 3 inch long wound. We took the dog to a veterinarian, and the injury required sedation, stitches and 7 days of antibiotics. I texted Dennis about the injury and sent a copy of the bill. His reply, so far, has been to send me 8 photographs of his own injury from the Cane Corso. Although not as serious as the injury, or the failure to tell us about the injury, he also lost the same dog in Texas, but fortunately it still had a tag and phone number from California, so we were contacted by the man who found our dog and he returned it to Dennis.

I wish I could give more stars!!! I never knew there was a service like this and was very nervous but Christi was absolutely amazing! I had a ton of questions before booking and she answered them all and was very sweet! She kepted me updated on how they were doing and sent me pictures. She took such great care of my 6 cats. I’m so happy I was able to find her and so glad to have my babies with me. Our son and his fiance'and they're little 6 month old baby moved to Maryland a few months ago and we're having a hard time with the baby and all. We made arrangements to send for my son's dog so they could get their heads above water and know their precious fur baby was taken care of. Do not use this driver!!! The rating is misleading. She is unreliable, unresponsive, overpriced and she let me down terribly without warning me at all. She simply never arrived and never bothered to tell me she would not complete the ride - after I already booked her and she confirmed, and then I tried over 15 times to make contact - by messages, and calls, and escalations with Citizenshipper. I had to scramble on the day to find someone to fetch my poor dog who was 5 hours away. Shame on you M. Marie Sweetnote!!! Then, to try stop me posting this comment and dropping her rating, she sends a message (the day after she never arrived) - pretending to be her “daughter” who “just worked out how to use the system” to tell me she was in “hospital”. I asked for proof of this eg proof of admission (and said I would not post anything if she could validate this claim) and got no response after a full day had passed - that’s dishonest on top of everything else. You can expect more comment from her to cover up and try legitimize what happened. Don’t fall for it. There should be a sanction against people like this. Thank goodness I found someone through citizenshipper - who actually charged half the price and drove through the night to get my dog back home. Thanks Citizenshipper for refunding the fee and helping out.

Above & beyond everything else, he has a gift with animals. Through the window, I watched him walk my sweet Corgi girl from the van to the door of my home. Dennis transported our Boxer, Stella, from CA to TX. He was on time and even kept Stella a few extra days at his home. His daughter was able to fulfill our request for a bath before bringing her to us. Thank you Jennifer. Dennis was kind enough take a tray of plants and box of wine for us - and all made it to our new home safe and sound. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating was that Stella was not given the food and treats I provided. Maybe it was a misunderstanding. I am so thankful we chose Hunter to drive our pup from San Diego to the mountains of Colorado. He got her here in 26 hours, with walks and rest and picking up another pup. It was as untraumatic as possible....and I think her recovery will be pretty quick, keeping in mind that we didn't know this pup, she is 9mos old, has a neurological issue, and everything is new to her. We definitely chose the right driver~! He's observant, empathic, patient, flexible and still working his business. I felt that we connected and communicated very well and it truly is great to be able to watch their progress as he drives across the country on mapping apps, which he invites you to see. I was also very appreciative that he chose his drive across the Mohave Desert at a cool time....it was a valid factor for him. He is totally thinking about what is best for his transport pets and I don't think you can go wrong. Our pup bonded with him on her travels! The Best~!!!
