Although we had a few delays and unlucky incidents, they were responsive and helpful. Always answered messages right away. they called me to clarify the terms. First driver had mechanical issues on the way, they found another replacement for the next day. This is a tough business. We got the SUV delivered by such a nice driver. Give yourself at least one week of advance after booking for pickup. Note: They don't work with appointment pick-ups.

Kelly is so great! She took my two dogs and cat alllll the way across country. She sent photo updates along the way and managed to keep her sanity and sense of humor. I personally love my pets but I objectively know they’re not exactly easy. My cat is kind of an as*hat. He’s also fat (according to the vet…I personally call him big boned) and stubborn and not super nice and meows incessantly in the car. My dogs are nervous. My oldest dog, Mr Fox, is especially insecure and nervous and doesn’t love new people or experiences or car rides. Kelly never once complained about them and even said nice things about them, which made me feel good. Most importantly, all three of them seem happy, healthy, unbothered by their journey and ready to enjoy our new home.

Hi, I really didn’t want to give anything less then a 5 star review but there was a few concerns. James is an incredibly friendly guy and more importantly my dog Sadie absolutely loved him. I think he is an animal lover and it shows. Sadie is a nervous dog as it and she didn’t even need to take her anxiety meds that the vet gave her because she seemed calm around James (from why he told us). The few issues I had was is James told me that they would be staying in a hotel room (which is also listed on his page) and they did not, he slept in his car with my dog. I was also told that it would be a private transport which is listed on his profile as well but he picked up another dog or more as there was another stop on the coast of LA that I thought was odd and off track for heading to the east coast from Sacramento. Now, I don’t have an issue with either of those things, I just wish they were disclosed upfront or disclosed during our many conversations. I will say each time I reached out to James, he got back to me right away. I loved that he was transparent in the way that he has an app that tracks his gps and tells you his speed, if he uses his phone while driving, if he was in an accident ect. I thought that was super neat as anytime I had anxiety, I’d just log in and see where they were at. James did stop in Florida before heading to Georgia to pick up another job and his car and didn’t get to us until later that evening. I believe there might of even been another dog that was picked up at some point in LA, but I’m not sure as he wasn’t very upfront about those details. When he arrived he has our dog Sadie in the back seat and another small long haired white dog in the front seat. Overall our sweet Sadie got to us safely and that’s what was important. If these issues were addressed, I would definitely recommend james as I really do think he enjoys animals and enjoys his job. But would really like to see him be upfront about everything.
