What a wonderful service we were provided by 5 Star Pet Review! I wax so concerned about my 2 cats and they provided a cube like condo for the cats which was much better than traveling in crates. My dogs were well taken care of too. Our driver Marshall, kept us up to date throughout the trip on how our 4 animals were doing. Your animals are the only ones in the car with the vehicle! Barry has provided indescribable service to our family and we will forever be returning customers. He transported 2 8 week old shitzu to our family. From the time we booked the service he has provided so much insight on the cleaning process of the cages that he provides ,coordinating pickup and working around hiccups we had , giving updates every 2 hours along the journey . We even received videos all along the drive during there bathroom and eating break ! It was more than we would have ever asked for to ease our mind during such a long trip for our babies . Timing and communication is an issue, if you agree on a pick up time you should try to make it happen especially when it’s alittle puppy as a customer you don’t know who has it and how they are treating and delivery should not fell like a piece of furniture

If I could give 0 stars I would. We originally booked Tiffiney to ship our dog haven from edgewater, FL to sag harbor, NY at the beginning of the summer. The first shipment was good, our dog arrived safely and communication was good. However! We decided to book tiffiney again in august to bring our dog back down to Edgewater, FL (we only work in NY for the summer months). I booked her early in the month of August for her to pick up our dog in the 31st and paid a deposit of $650. On the 20th, we found out that our summer was coming to an end sooner than expected. I texted “ Our schedule to head south with the yacht we work on has been pushed up we are now planning on driving our vehicles back to Florida this coming Monday. Originally we were not scheduled to leave until October time hence why we scheduled for you to drive our dog haven south early for us. I read over the shipper courier agreement and I see that it says if I cancel, the deposit is non refundable. I was wondering if there was any way around this to satisfy both of us and we can drive her south with us instead.” Never once did I mention anything about cancelling. She responded almost with an automated response stating that she would email a cancellation, it would be put in our file, and we could possibly reschedule. I reiterated that I did NOT want to cancel. Then she stopped responding. No texts, no calls, no response at all. She ghosted me. Luckily we made the decision to drive our dog south instead of holding on to the hope that we would hear from tiffiney. Our dog made the trip south fine. And we have still not received a response. She stole our money and left us high and dry with no services rendered. I hope this review helps anyone else she may do this to. It’s very unfortunate. I’m hoping to hear back from her at some point and receive my deposit back as she basically canceled and we did not.

He was beyond helpful. I accidentally mixed up the drop off point (by a lot. I wrote Missouri instead of Maryland) and didn’t notice until AFTER we met up for him to take my baby goat. He was really nice, super patient and made the treck up to Maryland anyways even though he was only going to Virginia before and had to bottle feed the baby the whole ways on top of that. Usually goats just get thrown in trailers but he had a really nice kennel with bedding and everything. I highly recommend to anyone delivering anything but please double check destinations so you don’t put this poor man through what I did. Thank you again for everything. I’m fairly confident I wouldn’t have been able to get him back to his family without this driver. Thank you thank you!

We can not say enough about how awesome Kerry is. Our dog, Zelda, fell in love with her! She treated her so sweetly and cared for her so well. Our pup also takes meds and gets a little anxious in the car but she did incredibly well. Since we were doing a 1,000+ mile move we were nervous about who would transport our baby girl but we are so glad we found the perfect person to care for her and get her home safely. We also got pictures and videos and updates from Kerry. We would recommend Kerry to anyone who wants to be assured their pet is safe and well cared for!

This business will take excellent care of your pets- Highly recommend! I needed to relocate a rescued disabled kitten (3 legs) who had been severely abused. I made myself crazy researching, worrying, and even accidentally sent impolite messages to the owner ( so sorry). These guys were understanding, professional, kind and attentive to my kitten, and to ease my mind, did a straight run without stoppiing for other pick ups, and were literally punctual to the minute ! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I used them to transport two of my cats and they were terrible. One of my cats was drenched in pee and was shaking upon delivery. They never let them out of the crates and did nothing to help them. One of the cats is still traumatized and hasn't gotten back to normal after the trip. I asked for GPS but since I didn't have an iPhone they were unable to give me live updates. They also picked up an extra animal and drove out of the way to deliver it. This was never mentioned to me until later. I never agreed to it. I tried talking to the owners but they kept just asking for the money and saying they would sue me if I didn't send them the money. They are extremely careless and care only about money. Do not use this service! You will regret it just like I have.
