Our experience with James is as incredible! He was extremely professional during our entire experience, and went above and beyond after having some truck issues while towing our unit. He was able to deliver it with less than a 12 hour delay even under extenuating circumstances that were not his fault or ours. Bike was loaded 1st time correctly but was reloaded to add 2 vehicles. The reload was bad. They strapped the bike down while on its kickstand. After 2k miles the kickstand bracket was bent a d the return spring pin was bent. Spring was on the floor and driver quickly put it in the bike trunk. He delivered at night, in the dark and I could not see damage until next morning. Needless to say they don't want to compensate me for damage. Drivers were supposed to know how to correctly strap a bike for transit.

Mike is phenomenal and he made my decision making on choosing who to Transport my Maggie May easy! The way he spoke to me at the beginning was a major check mark. I was very anxious- and didn't know much about transport and what it had to offer. Mike checked off every box and crossed every T. He made sure I knew what would happen, triple and double checked where, what, and when the transport would happen. Mike takes pride in his job and does a dang good job at it. This would be a 100/ 10 if it was possible. The level of love and care that Tara and Michael gave my dog was above and beyond my wildest expectations. I adopted a beagle that was rescued from a commercial breeding facility who had been through pure hell and didn't know much of human touch or riding in a car or going potty outside and I had no idea what kind of situation they would be in with her when they picked her up as I had not met her yet. I was worried about how she would travel and from day 1 Tara told me not to worry and they would handle it no matter her issues and they absolutely did not disappoint me. I got pictures and videos numerous times a day and got to watch their progress on life 360. I had never transported a dog before and had no idea what to expect but i will absolutely uae their services again. I've hesitated writing a review for many reasons. But in the case of animal shipment, I would want to read all TRUE reviews. I chose Miss B to transport my puppy from Las Vegas to Houston. I chose her because she said she would be able to pick my puppy up on a Monday and deliver by Wednesday evening. After paying my deposit, I was able to talk with her. She was in Pennsylvania and no where near the Vegas area. As soon as she was paid, my pick up day went from Monday to Tuesday. This behavior of excuses never changed. During the week of trying to get my puppy, she had road rage (she told on a text), she had a side-swipe accident (that she said, could have killed her), and then a flat tire (blow-out, she sent a picture via text). After all these issues, and my pickup day going from Monday to Friday, she was finally going to pick up my puppy from the breeder on Friday morning. An hour and a half after the time to pick up, I called her to see where she was. I ended up firing her. In a weeks time of empty promises and paying a deposit and gas money requested by her, I felt other people needing a transporter should know. I'm not writing as a vent (because I got my money back with the help of PayPal), but rather writing to warn others to be careful when making a decision to use Miss B, because transporting your beloved family member is a serious issue.

Tiffiney is AWFUL! Not only did she complain the entire time she drove my dogs down, for doing things that dogs do, she charged me extra for her stopping at petsmart and giving my dogs calming chews without even asking for my permission. My dogs have been driven plenty of times and I have never had any issues until she took them. Despite all of this, I went against my better judgement and booked her again. She cancelled last minute due to a family emergency which is understandable. She told me she may be able to reschedule but she didn't know when. I couldn't take this risk so I decided to look for someone else and ask for a refund. She took several days to respond and barely gave me any answers about a refund. She finally sent me a refund letter saying I would have my money back within 30 days, which would be September 6th, it is now September 8th and I have been blowing her phone up with text messages, calls, and emails and she has not responded. Terribly unprofessional. Do not book with her.

I'll start off by saying Kevin is a real humble & swell guy. I had bought a boat in Jeffersonville, Indiana and it was over 1,600 miles round trip. It turned out he didn't live too far from me and gave me a really great price to haul my boat here. He did a great job. He checks in frequently over the Phone by Call or Text, He used extra straps to make sure the Boat and it's Bimini Top were secured. The trailer needed a spare tire before the long drive and he found one. I couldn't of asked for a better person to haul my boat here. He did it in such a great time frame, too. The Boat Dealership ran into an issue with the trailer wiring being too short to reach the plug and he worked with them to figure that out, making sure everything was Safe & Secure before getting on the road.
