If I could put 0 star, I would do that. Im so happy when they gave me a way cheaper price than the other company. So I booked it right away. Promised to pick up my dog at 3 pm, then change it to 5 pm, change it again to 8 pm, change it again to 8.30 pm, change it again to 10 pm, change it again to 10.30 pm, change it again to almost midnight. Very very unprofessional and they just kept saying that I got a good price. Lower price doesnt mean you are allow to kept changing the time. Finally, I said..Forget it. Who would want someone to come at midnight to pick up your dog. Anyway, I dont trust them anymore!!!! Very very very unprofessional!!!!! Stay away from them!!!

I was nervous about picking a shipper I was unfamiliar with and did not have much money to spend. I couldn’t have gotten better service or a more reasonable price than Best Deal Ever. The service was awesome, the communication thorough and responsive I was nervous and asked many questions before selecting them. Ossman was on top of this right away, reassuring me, letting me know they would accept my method of payment after my shipment was safely delivered. And they followed through. It is a family business and Ossman was true to his word. They were so careful with my antique cabinet with antique glass door. It is an heirloom being sent to my daughter friend San Diego, CA to Brooklyn, NY. They appreciates the value and his outcry of the item and treated it accordingly, thoroughly packing it and shipping it with care. My daughter met them in her 3rd Floor walk-up and couldn’t have been more impressed with how they carefully brought it up the stairs and safely deliver it to precisely the place she wanted it in their apartment. They stayed until they knew she was completely satisfied and accepted payment electronically at that time. It didn’t have to be cash as so many moves demand. All I can say is that Best Deal ever impressed me with all aspects of the move.
