Words cannot describe how pleased we are with the service Amanda provided. Amanda transported our two cats from Stockton to Fort Lauderdale. Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end. Amanda sent photos and kept communication open the entire time so we knew exactly what was happening with our pets. Because she was transporting two cats and most airlines only allow one pet per person, she drove all the way from and to LA so she could fly United which allows two pets per passenger. Amanda was able to time her arrival in Fort Lauderdale with the pets with our arrival so we would be there to receive our cats. Thank you so much Amanda for providing such great service. We will for sure use you again and will highly recommend you to others.

I do not have enough words to explain how amazing Natalia was from start to finish. She picked up my puppy really last minute. She left her house as soon as she could to drive over 6 hours all night just to bring me my puppy. If you are worried about being scammed. Positives- she was very good and sounded responsible when I talked to her over the phone. And she seemed very dedicated to get my dog to my place when I first talked to her. Negatives- She did not send as much pictures as she promised. I also factored in other factors. But the no of pictures she sent was way less. She did not respond to texts messages in the timely manner. We love our pets. We want people to be more warmly and responsive. She charged me more than I was promised. There was flight issues due to bad weather, so I was kinda ok with that.

From the very moment we began chatting about her rates, Anoosha was friendly, kind, and engaging. Her prices were more than fair, they were generous. She won my bid partly because of the price, but mainly because she shared with me her absolute love of animals- her own and those of others. She told me that she'd recently lost an 18-year-old senior cat that she'd had since it was a kitten. I have also loved and lost an 18-year-old cat, and knowing how much consistent effort, love, and care that is needed to care for a senior pet until the end of life was what sealed the deal for me. This lady does indeed have a heart for animals, and my trust in her was confirmed by everything she did for the kitty she transported for me recently. Anoosha was also super consistent in her communications with me. She reached out and was collaborative about pick up and drop off times, and she made sure to send me lots of photo and video updates while she was transporting my kitty. She was also very cautious and safe, pulling over during storms and putting the welfare of the animal as her number one priority throughout her travel. I haven't needed to call on pet transport services at any other time in my life, but I was extremely pleased with the service that Anoosha provided. She was genuinely courteous, kind, and professional in every way. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I knew who was in need of pet transport, and would 100% trust her again with any of my pets.

We had a very short notice need to transport a cat across country from Houston to Seattle due to a family member eviction situation. Elite Nanny was excellent. She was super responsive, very understanding a flexible and made everything work! In this particular situation, coming up to a weekend, the flights and routes were changing while we talked. This resulted in Elite Flight Nanny needing to make adjustments from her original plan but she made it happen! Our pet transfer was not the easiest with a very vocal cat, unhappy being in a soft carrier. The transport was understanding a patient. Our cat made the trip great! I would definitely use Elite Flight Nanny again.

He drove 26 straight hours to get our baby girl to us from Nebraska to Oregon and even rerouted to meet us in California instead. Poor communication throughout the entire process! Driver LEFT the job and didn’t communicate to ANYONE until I had to call his boss. This move has been planned for two weeks! And they LEFT the job with ZERO notice! I was told they would arrive in the morning, it then got pushed to the 11AM-1PM the day before. The people we had ready to help move couldn’t make the new time. Plus, it was only the driver that showed up, not two. Very unprofessional and disorganized! Buyer beware !! Will pay the extra money for a more reputable mover next time!

The drop off was around 1am. I said ok to a 1am drop off. It was not an ideal timing regardless. Mario runs a professional business transporting multiple dogs at the same time. He provided the crate. He sends photos and videos of the break stops as well as offering his location on an app. I recommend if you need a dog transport but be sure that the drop off time works for you.

Very affordable price and the driver was amazing. She kept me updated on my pet’s status with pictures and a live tracking link. She was very professional and polite. The biggest negatives I had were with the communication prior to the pick up of my cats. I was never told there would be multiple other animals in the vehicle with my cats which could have been very problematic if they had not been trained and desensitized to other animals. There were also some communication issues with contact issues between the booker of the company and myself. But overall a very good experience. I would absolutely rate the driver a 12 out of 10!
