They delivered my puppy on a short notice when I had to change the dates which was very nice. But there were some hiccups, such as the quoted time was 5 hours later than what was said. Was told 8-9 Am and puppy didnt get picked up until 2:30 Pm. I did not recieve any pictures or gps tracking. The driver texted me when they were probably halfway here and when they were 100 miles out. I got a call when they were about 20 minutes away. The driver was nice, and certainly made the effort to get here to same day (about 8 hour drive). I tried to get in contact with the owner of the company on saturday in regards to the pick up issue but never receieved a call back or response, but as soon as the puppy was delievred they sent me a text telling me to pay now. They also had another pet in the car, apparently a cat. Even though I paid for the VIP service which means only one animal. Overall, with the price i paid, i expected to at least see pictures of him in the car during breaks.

Review no Shelly 1st Off let’s get this out of the way…I HAVE TRUST ISSUES. If you care about your pets ie…family members, then you’ll read this review in full. It’s long. Yet, you need to hear it. I’m explaining this whole transaction from start to finish so you can better understand why I was more anxious, upset and stressed than I’d ever been. Thus only adding to my mistrust of everyone. I needed a long transport for a 5lb, very young puppy… 700 miles to get him HOME SAFE in my arms; most importantly alive! I 100% fully believe anyone that actually cares about their pets/family will take the time to read this. 2nd I got had just been scammed, lost 500.00 literally 1-2 days after I needed to seek out a driver to transport this puppy SAFE/ALIVE/uninjured. The breeder, whom after days of taking with her and her having to work hard and bend over backwards to gain my trust, she was also new to breeding and had never talked with a long distance buyer, thereby having zero experience with transport of puppies to their new home. I FINALLY trusted her after a weeks time of nonstop taking, day in and day out of building this relationship. After all that, I thought all the mistrust and work in regard to this baby was over. So I was highly anxious and stressed beyond words to then have to turn around and start over with another person. I HAD to make the RIGHT choice for this little life. I was so stressed; I didn’t know what the right choices were. I didn’t know if I was making a huge mistake or not. I know I was the source of a lot of stress for both the breeder and the Driver. I just kept thinking how much it sucked that It had to be this way, that people can’t just do what they say they will for the little innocent lives that get caught up in evil humans schemes and BS. I’d Finally come to trust both of them after a Million questions, proof they were who they said they were. Proof the dog was actually in their possession and everybody involved had the best interest of the little innocent life in question. I’m a lot and I’m aware of that. I’ve come to learn that people with trust issues are hard to deal with… i am under no delusions of the issues I have. I did not know the right thing to do, I had to trust these 2 people and I was terrified of making the wrong choices, again. This is another part that I want people to consider prior to sending money to ANYBOD! First off don’t use a cash app or western union to send money to ANYONE, including here on this site. Shelley uses PayPal. It’s the only smart way to send money, all parties involved are protected 100%! I’ve been using it for 20 years and I’ve never once been screwed; take the time to sign up. I thought I was “too smart” to get scammed, I wrongly assumed I’d recognize a scam when presented with the details, or the lack there of, that should have been my first clue. But scammers are good at what they do for a LIVING. Honest people have jobs and or are too busy to sit down and create fake websites/tracking sites and to scope out those of us that are honest and ignorant of how these things work. They are thieves, thieves are victims of life and blame other people for their problems so they believe in their hearts that they deserve to have what they are stealing from honest hard working people that spend years saving up for the things they want. Thieves steal from honest people. I let a Beautiful sweet puppy Face sucker me into the “quick and easy” transaction. I even THANKED them for making it so “painless”. I was baited hook, line and sinker. I wasn’t about to do it again, even though I was FORCED to find a puppy outside of my travel area because all the puppies I found with other means local seemed scammie and I didn’t trust any of them to sell me a genuine AKC registered puppy. I am a sucker for animals and I WANT to trust people and give them a chance. I’m not proud to say that I got scammed by people not even living in the The USA. I’m pretty sure I was part of an organized crime scam, I will be reporting it. But I say all this to give anyone looking for a pet taxi an idea of how I felt in the moment so that you can be fully assumed that this Lady, Jo, Shelley Bostic-Hipple from Little Rock Arkansas, Her company is Heart and Soul VIP Pet Transport. After you book her services she can give you my Name and phone number as a reference and you can call/text me to find out how I feel about her. I’m sure you can also have the breeder information after that’s been cleared to text her as a reference. I assure you, I put this poor lady through the ringer. I took the risk, so you didn’t have to, by allowing Shelley to transport this very expensive puppy, or at least he was expensive to my husband and I. He’s more than a puppy, he’s our new baby, he’s our family member, i fell in love with him long beforehand he arrived SAFELY! I adopted this Beautiful American Bully-PitBull puppy because they are the BEST breed of dog on the earth and the most misunderstood, judged, and mistreated breed, yet they are 100% the only dog I’d ever own. I have 2 more older dogs already; they are both rescue dogs. I’ve never purchased an animal prior to this. This baby was located almost 700 miles away from NorthEast Georgia; He is our new family member. That is a long way for a tiny, couple of months old puppy to travel. I needed someone to transport my baby that didn’t send me a “Pre-Written” generic response with the bid. These were much more experienced companies that just simply transported animals, they did not sound very sincere in their desire to keep my baby safe; like they didn’t even own or like animals and they just wanted the business because they got into this business over the money. I don’t want a non-pet owner to transport by new baby, a baby I purchased never even have held him. If you read the reviews, read them ALL! Especially the negative reviews. Many companies on this site are accused of delivering animals. Worse than any scam involving money that I can think of is delivering a FAMILY MEMBER sick, wounded, or dead. I would never forgive myself for allowing a transport that delivered a family member to me, be it mangled, mistreated, scared or worse dead. I had to do a lot of Q&A, I had to take the risk with the breeder and with Shelley. Shelley is new to this site, she had no reviews, yet she and I hit it off immediately. Please give her a chance, you won’t be disappointed. Shelley was the only driver that even mentioned how cute the puppy was. And everyone should love puppies, all puppies have a cuteness factor. She told me she’d treat my new baby with the respect he deserved, she called him a King and told me she’d be delivering my new baby with smooth marks. She is the only one to not have a pre-written response as the first contact. She’s the only one that wasn’t “business as usual” and she didn’t sound like this was a job… but she made it sound like this was a fun venture. After annoying her for several days while I prayed and agonized, didn’t eat and didn’t get any sleep to help the situation… I chose her despite her being new and having no reviews and certs not completed. I nailed down the payment with the breeder (She had to set up a PayPal account), then booked with Shelley, she brought me my baby the very next day. After a 13 hour drive the puppy arrived safe, healthy and CLEAN and HYDRATED… and he had been feed. I KNOW this because the puppy was car sick, throwing up water and food. But not TOO much food. Shelley knows what she’s doing. She’s knowledgeable due to her background. I feel 100% confident If something were to happen to your baby due to unseen circumstances, I promise you she’d take your loved one to the vet, giving the animal any medical treatment that she couldn’t give herself. I have far more GOOD things to say right here than I have time to write. I’m a very mistrustful person due to my life experiences; yet this Sweet, Amazing, Beautiful Lady went over and beyond for my husband and I and this puppy. One more thing, I almost didn’t give her a chance due to other companies that worked together on citizenshipper ganging up on me telling me to be careful of scams and trying to get me to work with another company they worked together with. That threw up red flags for me with the whole process through citizenshipper, that caused me to have yet mroe anxiety over the whole process. I was ready to give up on the whole prospect of a new puppy, and as I sit right now and look at this sweet little puppy in my arms asleep, I’m so happy and very glad that I didn’t give up. My only other option was to drive for 26 hours, probably costing me a fortune in hotel/motel bills. This puppy is not allowed on flights due to the face he’s a short snout dog. I have a hard time driving 2 hours round trip to the Dr once a month. I hate driving to my Walmart that’s 3 minutes away. But this beautiful lady was nothing but kind to me. She eased my fears and even gave me a puppy gift bag as a thank you. This lady bent over backwards to make me happy, she comes HIGHLY recommended. I’ll be her reference any time. I spoke to this lady for 3 1/2 hours on the phone prior to her bringing my baby…I got to peek inside her life and see what drives her… it’s her family and her PETS that drive her and she has pets and they are her family. My advice on this site is to pick the person that loves animals as much as you do. If you don’t care about your animals then pick one of these other companies that may not care about your baby at all, they are in it for the money (they also charge more) be very leery of those company’s that work together because they will not treat your animals the way Shelly does… she treats them exactly like you do. She is everything she says in her profile, plus SO much more. Talk with Shelley before you just blow her off due to her lack of experience on this site. Give her a change I promise you won’t be sorry.

The dog thankfully did not need to go in a crate, but could comfortably lay down or stand in the back seat of their vehicle while being held by a safety strap. I don't even know where to begin! Julia and Shawn are the most amazing and sweetest people I have ever met! I have never used a transport before, but they made sure to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had! I immediately felt comfortable about it all and was so excited! Julia, Shawn, and Cinder were picking up my two papillon puppies from Arizona and bringing them to Southern Illinois! From the start I got updates which was absolutely amazing!
