Sam is truly an angel with animals and phenomenal at delivering the best service one can ask for when dealing with the heartbreak of needing to rehome a fur baby. He made the whole process smooth sailing, took such good care of my girl, communicated with me so I stood updated on her status and well being, and went above and beyond to stick around after delivery and assist her new owners to make sure she was calm comfortable and slowly acclimating. If I could rate Emi even higher than 5 stars I would! I can't say enough about how great she is! Same day pick up and delivery of our dog, who was in a shelter after being in a car crash with her care giver. Emi worked with the animal shelter to do all the paperwork to get her out, gave us frequent photo updates of the doggie on her way then delivered her to us that evening. And Chewy Emi's little dog was so sweet and such an asset in keeping our doggie calm and safe. Both Emi and Chewy accompanied us and our doggie inside to make sure she was safely situated and gave us advice on how to help transition her with the household kitties already here. Thank you so much Emi our doggie is doing well (although she still is adjusting to the kitties). And she has three people vying to give her walks multiple times a day! Thank you again!

Leani, you are a treasure. We were supposed to move from Michigan to Fort Myers. But, Hurricane Ian had other plans for us. We didn't realize the extent of the storm, so we sent all of our cats off to Florida with Leani. Communication was amazing. The cats adjusted, and all was well. Leani messaged me that she was going to have to evacuate, and we would have to figure out what to do about my cats. Of course, I was panicking. But, despite her own worries about the safety of her family, she arranged transport for my cats from Florida to where we are hunkered down in Tennessee to ride out the storm before making the final leg of our move. Our cats are now safely on their way to us, and I'm hopeful that Leani and her family are safely evacuated. If I could give higher than a 5 star rating, I would. Thank you isn't strong enough. I am forever indebted to you.

"Wow, I am so appreciative of Emi and the way she took care of our Baxter. Our family was soo very nervous to do something like this and had no idea what to expect. We were moving to Indiana and found out last minute that our dog couldn't fly with us. We found Emi through this site and were able to book her within the next day. My daughter was very nervous with the whole situation, but Emi made us all feel so much better about it and was so caring and understanding with any questions we had. Once we got Baxter on the road she kept us updated the entire trip and would reply within minutes anytime we reached out to check in. She also sent over 10 to 15 pictures a day which was soo appreciated! She sent videos as well and you could tell the animals were actually having a really good time! They all seemed happy and it was almost like a doggie/kitty road trip for them! They got to go to dog parks, had plenty of potty breaks, and all in all just looked like they had a really good time. I actually think Baxter will probably miss Emi and his new dog friends! Haha I just feel so lucky to have met her and found somebody like her to do this for us. It was such a stressful time in our life and knowing that we could trust Emi to take care of our boy was worth its weight in gold. It was so much more than a pet transport service. She truly does take care of the animals like they're her own, and I'm so happy to know there are people out there like her to do this kind of thing for people. We flew them on a previous long distance move, and it was stressful for us and them.
