this review is long overdue. nyssa transported my cat binx from illinois to pennsylvania for a very affordable rate (my pick up & drop off was on her route) on sept. 12th & was dropped off the very next day. binx & i had been away from each other for four months. ): when i moved to pennsylvania (by drive) binx could not make the trip bc of his severe motion sickness & i wasn't able to get his medication before the departure. with the rising cost of gas prices, flights being very expensive, & timing never being right i knew that i myself wouldn't be able to go back to my hometown to get him. ))): every other transporter wanted $600-$1800 which i just did not have at the time. i am so beyond thankful that nyssa quoted me for way less than half of what everyone else was charging. thanks to her, my fur baby & i are finally reunited again! if ever i have to use citizenship or for anything, i will definitely be contacting nyssa again! she is super friendly, very kind & very funny. not to mention, she sent live updates which included photos & videos & GPS tracking. we also hopped on a phone call a couple times for updates. all around 5 out of 5 stars & i DEFINITELY recommend using nessa for all your shipping needs! thanks again, girly!

Mari and Ronald have been absolutely amazing. The moment I met Ronald I knew my Koa was in great hands. Ronald is so kind and genuine in his caring for the pets he is transporting. The vehicle was clean and set up in a way for comfort for the pups. I was somewhat apprehensive about transporting my pup but that was quickly put to rest after spending some time with Ronald. His interaction with Koa spoke volumes. Ronald sent pictures and videos along the way to keep me updated on the journey. That meant so much to me.
