Where is the option for 10 stars? I could not be more pleased with High Life Pet services! These two ladies put their hearts into what they do and it clearly shows! They were so easy to work with, readily available when my dates of transport changed and made the whole process so smooth and easy. They traveled over 16 hours with our new puppy to bring him home to us and he arrived in such good spirits that I know he had a wonderful trip. It was his first time even traveling by car and because it was such a good experience he is so laid-back and comfortable on car rides now. They updated frequently with texts and photos which helped us to get to know our new boy before we even got him! We were able to keep track of their arrival time which was awesome and worked out perfectly to coordinate for drop off. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more appreciative. If you are looking for transportation for your pet I can assure you your pet will have the BEST experience traveling with High Life!

High Life Pet Services did an excellent job delivering a kitten for me! They arrived early, kept me up to date throughout the whole trip and always responded quickly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience! Jess kept me updated throughout the trip and sent plenty of pictures, ensuring my little one was safe and sound. Very friendly, and overall great experience!!! :)

Jess and Angel were absolutely awesome transporting my 7 week old endangered puppy from TN to MI. These ladies took great care with my puppy, and did an absolutely awesome job. I would highly recommend them for any pet transport. It was a grueling 13 hour trip, but Bandit arrived no worse for wear and was happy to go to bed in his new space. Thank you both for such an excellent transport, and I would be happy to provide you with recommendations at any time. Awesome job, ladies! You did great!

These two wonderful humans transported my furbaby from Ohio to Tucson, AZ. They are kind, caring individuals that gave my pup the best experience he could have possibly had getting out here. They were communicative, professional, and I felt very comfortable trusting them with my dog. 100% recommend and would use them again if the occasion ever arises. Thank you!

Our experience with J & A was outstanding! They were extremely patient and accommodating our need to transport two elderly dogs from my elderly parents home to ours. These dogs had never been in a car, let alone for 14 hours! Jessie sent updates along the way with pictures and they were safely delivered to our home the next morning. We will need to transport two cats in the near future and will only consider J & A!
