I can’t speak highly enough about Regina and the care she gave our 9wk old Aussiedoodle puppy. She brought him a really long way, from VA all the way to Colorado. She gave him so much extra attention, replacing toys, blankets….teaching him how to fetch. She really went above and beyond with his care and letting us know how he was doing on the long trip. She sent multiple texts, pictures and videos on a daily basis and allowed us to track her GPS. It was our first experience with using a pet nanny/transporter and we were super nervous and anxious about it. Now that we have been blessed with our experience with her, we will never use anyone else. We are, also, very happy to refer her to our friends, coworkers and family should they ever need a pet transported. 1 star cause that’s the one point earned for getting my pet home safely . ON THE OTHER HAND . I booked a VIP straight from point A cali to point B Florida & I specifically booked for no other pets to be in the vehicle . INSTEAD after I payed the upfront she had 2-3 other dogs in the vehicle . One was the companion & the other was a drop off 2-4 hours away extending the trip . By the time my dog got home she was DEHYDRATED!!! She was soaked in urine , her bed stunk of weed & urine . Never again will I book , that was far from VIP , the trip was extended , and not what was booked . Don’t pick up German shepherds if you don’t know how to cater to them they’re expensive . My bfs cat was dehydrated as well. glad they made it ALIIVE is the only compliment I have to say

How awesome is this, I get to be their first review!!! 😄😍 I decided to go with Pet Trek Express because they checked all my boxes for the kind of transporter I like to work with. Professional, courteous, kind, caring, and WOW what a clean van!!! By the way my puppy was taken care of, I knew he would be in excellent hands. They were super patient with me, listened carefully to all my instructions, and really seemed like they enjoy what they do! I was kept informed about how my pup was doing the whole way, and even though he likes to bark nonstop while in the car Pet Trek Express knew exactly how to calm him down and keep him busy with a toy and a little extra love and reassurance. When he was dropped off even the new owner had great things to say about the transport. He was surprised that there were no other furry passengers - just his puppy riding VIP as the star of the show 😂. It really took a load off of his shoulders to not have to drive all the way here to pick his new puppy up - especially through ALL that terrible bumper to bumper traffic. I convinced him to "let me handle" finding the transporter, and I came to Citizen Shipper to find the best candidate for the job. I certainly found the perfect company! I will DEFINITELY be using them again. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I'm a month or more late writing this review, but had to make it a point to share my experience so that anyone else who may be TERRIFIED of sending their fur baby can feel more at ease by choosing Jazzy's Pet Care!! Firstly, I was SO nervous and very skeptical to send my dog on a cross country road trip. My dog is VERY high anxiety and was on several medications at the time of transport. Jazzys Pet Care was able to pick my dog up the very next morning after booking. Our driver was Ernest. He was amazing and I was feeling much better after seeing him interact with my dog upon pick up. During the trip Ernest was very responsive when I messaged him for updates. I had a live tracker on google maps so I was able to see their location at all times. He made the 19 hour drive in about 25 hours, which was so very important for my dog as she does not do well with travel. I cannot thank Jazzy's Pet Care and Ernest enough for safely transporting my girl. SO, if you are having to make the difficult decision to ship your beloved fur baby- Jazzy's Pet Care is an excellent option and made the experience as comfortable as possible.

She took wonderful care of my older cat who had been missing for about 6 weeks when some campers found her and took her to a humane society. Mari picked her up at the humane society, cleaned her up a little, and brought her to my house as we had arranged. My cat was relaxed in the crate when she arrived indicating that she had traveled easily and was not frightened. Mari's family was with her and they were all wonderful, the kids giving me crackers and hugs as we said goodbye! I would heartily recommend Mari and Happy Tails to anyone needing pet transportation!

Goosneck Aluminum Livestock Trailer 28'

I couldn't recommend Major Transport enough. They were clear and communicative from the first message until delivery. I know logistics can be challenging but they were on time and quick about their delivery. They were proactive to send me twice daily updates with photos to my phone. Their equipment is top notch and tightly ordered and maintained, and the driver was really easy to deal with. He was willing to stop and get the bearings greased on the trailer, and made a stop at the tire store to have new tires put on. I felt like I had a solid teammate, but he did all the work. They were also the least expensive, with a very fair price. Tip the driver! I can see why they get booked out. If you have something you want delivered without hassle and with quality service hire them.

My dog is a very nervous dog. I was very pleased with the accommodation of transporting her not in the crate. She was a rescue and does not like to be enclosed. I was so relieved to find a pet transport, willing to allow her to travel not in the crate. Thank you, very much!!
