I was really skeptical about having my baby (dog) shipped but this team of people reassured me along the entire trip. They sent pics and videos (updates) and took really good care of my baby. She didn’t have a scratch on her upon arrival. I would definitely use them again, but only them lol. They were also super responsive when I would call and or text. I basically needed a dog picked up in Massachusetts the same day that I called and then driven to southern New Jersey. Jennifer jumped in her car within about an hour to help us out and drove overnight to get the dog to where he needed to go. Totally beyond the pale. She is clearly a true animal lover. ADL delivered our boat from WA to FL and it arrived safely with no issues. The pricing was very competitive and fair with the current costs of fuel, etc. We were satisfied with the service. A few things to note...ADL is a broker which means they are another layer between you and the driver in addition to CitizenShipper. The other thing to note was that it was very difficult to talk to anyone at ADL in person...only message through CitizenShipper was effective. We were happy to get our shipment on time in FL.

Joseph was awesome! This is my first experience transporting a dog so I had zero idea how all this would work. I was slightly skeptical of the process, but in the end...I couldn't be happier with this process. Joseph communicated with not only myself, but also the owner of the dog. He took the time to send his travel maps, letting us know where he was en route, while also sending pictures of the dog along the way. This was a re-home situation so not easy for the original owner. Daniel was absolutely wonderful getting my pup cross country back home to me! Very kind and very consistent and quick with all updates. Cricket isn’t the biggest fan of car rides so I was worried she would cause a lot of trouble along the way but they made sure she was comfortable every step of the way. I was really impressed as I wasn’t sure what to expect as I had not had to ship an animal before but I am definitely glad I decided to go with him over the more commercial shippers. They both carefully loaded my furniture in Connecticut, ensured it was properly protected during transport, and then delivered it to my home in Colorado, all in excellent condition.
