Excellent experience. I had a tight window to have my dog and cat shipped 2500 miles across the country and V.I.Pet transport made it happen safely, efficiently, and professionally. The communication was fantastic from the bid through delivery of my fur babies. We opted for a solo transport so only my fur babies were onboard. I received multiple daily updates and pics on potty and meal breaks. They also shared the location so I could have a real time location of them through the trip which relieved a lot of my anxiety since I wasn’t with them. It was also very obvious that Devin not only does this for a living but he genuinely loves animals. My dog who is very wary of strangers warmed right up to him. I believe dogs have a better sense of a person’s character than humans so that also eased a lot of my anxiety knowing she was comfortable with them. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Even with a tire blowout and replacement, Devin communicated their status and still made the window for my family to receive our fur babies. To be honest I was a little hesitant to select them as it didn’t appear they had much experience with only 2 reviews and their account only being active for a few months. Given our experience I would 10 out of 10 times recommend V.I.Pet transport to anyone with a need for pet transportation. Dont let the minimal reviews deter you. After having this experience, I would never have guessed they are new to this. I was so pleased with the service, I sent a tip after he delivered my fur babies safe, happy, and healthy. Give them an opportunity to earn your business.

I ordered some special wood from Ohio that I needed delivered to the Pacific Northwest. This wood was kiln dried for 8 weeks, and needed to be wrapped in order to be protected from the weather. Dorrie delivered! She had some hiccups on her end that were out of her control, but she went above and beyond by offering me a discount. In lieu of that, I asked her to pick up more building materials from CA that I couldn't get here locally. She delivered yet again!! Dorrie kept me in the loop via text and sent pictures of the load. She was awesome to work with and backed her word with action. I would 100% hire her again!

Ms. Marla is the best and I'm so glad she responded to my listing. This was the first time ever using a transport and I had a lot of reservations about how my beardie would be treated and what quality of care a complete stranger would give him. The minute I spoke with her, that all melted away. I knew she would care for him like he was her own and would do whatever was best for him if a situation were to arise. Sorry this review is so late Kerry. I just want to say thank you again for getting our baby Penny safely to my parents house in CA back in February. I just want to say you’re the best and if anyone needs flight transportation for their dogs , kerry and K9 Comfort travel should be number one on your list . We had to go to a memorial in CA and we live in Wi. We were panicking on how to get our Mini golden doodle penny out there too. My boyfriend was worried about handing her over to a stranger . Kerry contacted us and immediately eased our fears , she even did a FaceTime video call to answer all my boyfriends questions and immediately eased his fears . I cannot say enough good things about these wonderful people. They transported my brother's dog in Colorado to me in Florida. The situation in which the dog needed to come to me was stressful enough, along with coordinating with the shelter and my niece, who was releasing the dog to be transported, and all the while I'm doing this from Florida. Travers Family transport happily worked with our schedule for picking him up and communicated well with myself and my niece for pick up. They communicated with all of us and sent pictures throughout the entirety of the transport, several times a day. They made my stressful situation so much easier. Rick Zapata was the driver of my two 8 week old lab puppies. From the moment he was paid, his communication was poor and condescending. I was hesitant to use him, but he had already received my Venmo. I had to text him and ask him when he was picking the dogs up. I initiated all communication. He was 5 hours late, and was extremely rude to the person when picking up. His truck smelled like weed, and he mishandled the dogs (picked them up by their front legs). On drop off he was 10 hours late. Said he had a flat. When he said what time he would be there, we said that’s kinda late, and he said, “You’re lucky you’re even getting these dogs tonight!” When arrived, we asked if he fed and watered the dogs, he said, “You don’t worry about what I did with the dogs!” He had multiple other dogs in the back seat just roaming the truck. No kennels for the dogs. Again, truck wreaked of weed! I’m sure he didn’t have a flat. He was stopping to pick up other dogs on the way. It was an excruciating 32 hours waiting for the dogs to get to us. I would NEVER recommend Rick.

If I could give John 100 stars I would. John is one of the nicest people I have ever met. You can tell right away you have chosen a guardian angel to transport you pet. My case was brought about because of the sudden death of my twin brother . His dog Josey was his true and loving service dog and boy did they have a bond .Josey took to John right away and for a grieving dog that doesn't always happen. He took the best photos of her when they would stop for potty breaks and he alway kept in touch with me ,letting me know all the way how the trip was going ,how Josey was doing and he has a wonderful warm personality. Do not for a second hesitate in choosing John to take care of your precious pet on their Journey. Obviously I can not say enough about him .
