I would highly recommend you book with Sam! His communication skills are top notch, he’s extremely responsive, and very professional. He flew our 17lb cat from Tampa to Seattle and it went smoother than I could have ever imagined! He was very flexible and understanding as it was a few days before we could commit to booking with him and on top of that, he got up early and picked our cat up at 5am to make an early flight. He shared his location and sent plenty of updates throughout the journey. I really liked booking with Sam over one of these bigger companies because I felt like he was very attentive to us and really cared for our cat throughout the trip.

My pick-up was scheduled between 12 - 2 on October 17th. I received a cancelation email on the 15th of October at 4:19 pm because of a "family" emergency. I found this cancelation a little suspicious because of the previous email and text exchanges and said as much. The next responses included foul language and were extremely hostile. Even though it was difficult to make arrangements so last minute, with only 24hrs notice, I was able to find a reliable, pleasant and helpful transporter even though it cost twice as much. This entire transaction felt like a bait and switch. It's probably best these people did not pick up my dog and I would caution any prospective users against using them as your transporter.

This was my second experience having to get my dog transported. My first experience was with a large transport company and it was just a complete nightmare. So I was a little cautious because Jessica did not have very many reviews but I am so glad i decided to book with with her. She transported my 90 lb pit bull almost 3 thousand miles. I got frequent updates & pictures. My dog made it to CA safely and quickly! Jessica made this whole experience super easy and was just amazing! I can proudly say this transport experience with Jessica was by far better than my first experience (with a well known transport company). If I could give her more than 5 stars I would and remember to take a chance on the smaller transport companies💕

I can’t tell you how wonderful this man was. He made a very long trip, in awful weather to deliver my mini long haired dachshund (now known as Delilah) to me. I don’t know what to say from the beginning the mixed communication of pick up on fine but then the puppy was suppose to arrive in 2-3 days he arrived 4 days later she said an emergency came up ok fine… but the puppy ended up getting car sick and diarrhea (to be expected with stress I get that ) the puppy lost 8 lbs from the time he left here he is ribby and super skinny I feel like the company didn’t communicate as they should and the only time we heard from Courtney the owner was to say how important her company is and how she takes pride in her company but when puppies are loosing weight clearly then you should be making sure they are eating more drinking more I had to tell the driver 3 cups a day minimum is what he Should be eating and the photo I have from that conversation to this arrival he still didn’t gain he lost more so clearly I wasn’t listened to I get he pottied he had stomach issues

Mario did an excellent job! He transported Bob from San Bernardino to Spokane. Bob was pulled from the euthanization list by Second Chance Service Dogs LLC, a rescue. He was transported to Spokane, WA to his new home. Bob was walked every 3-4 hours, feed, Mario communicated entire trip. He also uses GPS so you know where your beloved friend is at all times. By time Bob did 18 hours trip up here, he wasn't so sure he wanted to leave Mario! Bob really liked him.

I was having my boat moved from one marina to another. State by State was the company I picked for the job. Both marinas has workers ready for the truck to arrive so the boat could be loading and unloading. THE TRUCK NEVER CAME!! At no time was I or the marinas notified. State by State had all contact information and failed to give a courtesy call. This created an expense for a job that was never done. Please take it from me, I would never use them!

We got several photos and check ins throughout the journey. All in all I was very impressed with the handling of the entire transaction and transport of the dog. Emi made sure, upon arrival, that I new the puppy’s routine. While we didn’t need it, I was happy to know that Emi had been a vet tech. I was a little skeptical at first about the puppy being driven all this way, but I think she was much less stressed by doing it this way than any other way.
