What truly impressed us was his use of GPS tracking, ensuring that we always knew their location and when they were expected to arrive.
When Alex arrived, we were not only greeted by our precious puppy, but greeted him with a hug and tears of joy. from Ohio as a surprise for someone to be delivered to New York and Rebecca was just the best. We couldn’t have made the surprise possible without her. The care she puts into what she does is completely evident. She picked up the pup at the time she said she would, communicated with me the entire time, sent videos and photos as she updated me. I even asked her to stop somewhere and give him a bath and she did no problem! She delivered him on time to us and the puppy seemed like he didn’t want to leave her! Haha. Highly highly recommend using Rebecca for your puppy delivery needs. I know I will again.

Like so many others reviewing Flight Butler, if I could give 15 stars, I would !!!! Our precious cargo was feathered-not furry, and needed very special care to make this trip. We were assured our "transport-nanny," Becky, was experienced with large birds (that like to bite), and the trip would be a breeze for both of them! The pix she sent along the way - left us dumbfounded! Our feisty and anti-people-contact, Diego, spent most of the trip on her hand, arm and shoulder, outside of his carrier and there was not a drop of bloodshed! lol!lol! :))))). When we met her for pick up - she demonstrated this again!! We not only got our parrot across the country, we got a life lesson in how to connect with him more confidently, to give him more human contact - than just thru his cage!!
