I cannot rave enough about this experience. Toa may be new to this forum, but proved beyond a doubt that she is not new to pet transport. I, nor the breeder had used a flight nanny in the past and frankly, we were nervous, but my plans to drive from N.C. to AR to pick on the pups did not work out. Working with Toa was flawless from start to finish. Communication was excellent from the time she posted her bid, until we picked up our babies at the airport today. She answered all questions prior to me accepting the bid. Once I did, she quickly got on a call with me to set my mind at ease. She clearly explained what I could expect and fulfilled her commitments. She communicated nonstop every step of the way with updates and pictures and it was clear she had taken great care of the babies. I, and the breeder plan to refer her to anyone we know needed pet transport. Thank you for an excellent experience, Toa!

I am crying tears of gratitude as I write this review. I can’t tell you how nervous we were about finding someone trustworthy and reliable to deliver my stepfathers adopted service dog from Texas, to his home in Florida. Geoff is the best and we personally recommend him to everyone. He gave us perfect peace and confidence every step of the way that our pup was in good hands and being safely transferred! He gave us no reason to even question the process as he kept us updated with photos and updates all along the drive. We were able to track his journey with our dog through GPS sharing so we knew exactly where our dog (Jetson) was the whole time! Not everyone offers the efficient and thorough service Geoff did. And at a very fair price! Jetson arrived happy and well cared for, you could even tell he had become somewhat attached to Geoff on the drive because he was visibly sad to see Geoff leave! It was so precious. If you don’t want to worry or wonder for any reason during the transport of your pet- GEOFF is for you. Thank you Geoff

It's much nicer to directly deal with a small business owner and driver, instead of the large brokerage companies, who frequently take over a day to get you an update. Al was great at communication and successfully made delivery on the expected day. Only thing that would make this transaction easier is if there was a way to pay online upon delivery. Al, I would recommend you to setup Zelle. Many drivers I've dealt with use it, it is a safe, convenient and reliable way to get yourself paid, plus the setup is very simple if your bank offers it.

Won by Magical Creatures Transport for $425.00
Shipment from Sturgis, MI to Olive Branch, MS
I couldn’t say enough good about Magical Creatures Transport. Deanna was nothing short of professional and caring when it came to our new little one. She was communicative to the T and always responsive whenever I reached out. If I needed more pets delivered to me I am safe to say she’d be the first person I’d have consideration for. If we could give ten stars I would award her with all of them. If you’re looking for safe and reliable transport for your current pet or future family member, look no further. Thanks so much Deanna
