I can’t tell you how nervous we were about finding someone trustworthy and reliable to deliver my stepfathers adopted service dog from Texas, to his home in Florida. Geoff is the best and we personally recommend him to everyone. He gave us perfect peace and confidence every step of the way that our pup was in good hands and being safely transferred! He gave us no reason to even question the process as he kept us updated with photos and updates all along the drive. We were able to track his journey with our dog through GPS sharing so we knew exactly where our dog (Jetson) was the whole time! Not everyone offers the efficient and thorough service Geoff did. Drew responded quickly and was able to get my trip sorted next day. My original shipper had to cancel and I was left in a bind but Drew took care of me. Our puppy was well taken care of, I was sent pictures and videos every few hours and updates on location regularly. He made sure that my puppies paws didn’t ever touch the ground as he isn’t fully vaccinated yet, but still allowed him a space to stretch his legs and play at stops via a little pop up play pen.
