This was a last minute request. I just had back surgery so I couldn’t fly out to get my new pup. Ronald even offered to take public transportation from the farther airport to my airport if anything happened to the flight near my home town so I wouldn’t have to drive to far. I wish I could give zero stars. We organized my transport two months in advance and made a change to the dates two weeks in advance and confirmed that was better for him. but then two days before The new scheduled date I checked in and he told me he would give me a pick up time the following day when he got back from a delivery. That was Friday, August 26 and he was supposed to pick up on Sunday, August 28. Never heard from him on Saturday and then Sunday completely ghosted and blocked my number with no explanation.

From the first message we exchanged with Lamar until the arrival of our pup, everything has been smooth. Lamar is very responsive, responsible, respectful, understanding and helpful. They had some slight delay but Lamar always updated me and tried his best. I'm not satisfied with how my dog was transported. My dog was to be transported from Boston to DC on Aug 28, 2022. 1. Upon arriving in DC, my dog's fur smelled like cigarettes. Smoking on such a long drive with windows closed is dangerous and irresponsible. It was clear that Jason was smoking because I spoke to him briefly when he parked in front of my apartment to drop off my dog. 2. The drive from Boston to DC is about 7.5-8 hours total and Jason did not stop to give her the lunch we had provided. We had given two cups of her own food, but that food was not touched. This is disappointing and negligent on behalf of the driver. Upon being asked about this, Jason claimed to have provided my dog his own canned food, but did not confirm to check with us that switching her food was ok. Many dogs (including mine) have sensitive stomachs and it is not responsible to switch food without first checking with owners. I won't be sending my dog again with Jason.

I was SO nervous about shipping my dog Brady cross-country (California to South Carolina), but I read the reviews for Melissa & Riley and decided to take a chance. I am so glad that I did. From pickup to drop-off, communication was consistent, reliable, and seamless. Riley sent me a link so that I could follow their location via GPS, and he also sent update texts with photos. When Riley dropped Brady off to me in South Carolina, it was clear that they had bonded, as Brady was very affectionate with him--this made me feel even better about my choice. If I ever need to ship Brady again, I know who I am going to call!

Our small, pregnant dog was lost in transport. This was not reported to us until 11 hours after the driver lost her, and only because we reached out to her to find out when our dog was arriving. Once we learned what happened, we sent volunteers out to search for her. She was found dead on the road shoulder a quarter mile from where she went missing. The time lost by failure to report the incident to us could have made all the difference. Driver also sent us a hotel bill though we did not agree to this, and did not refund the money we paid her. We like to think she's heartbroken too and this was just a terrible accident. But I would never, ever trust this driver with an animal, ever. It has been a soul-crushing experience. Rest in peace to our little dog Mama D. And prayer for the volunteer that found her little body, such trauma.

Logan was nothing short of amazing. Apollo was a shelter dog from Monroe County Animal Control/Shelter in Michigan. He found his forever home in Minnesota. Logan was our missing piece of his puzzle. He was so patient with us & more than willing to work with us over our hurdles. He allowed me to create a group chat with him, myself & the adopter for updates while on the road. He even stopped to get Apollo a new toy! We had a videographer since this was our first out of state adoption and wanted to have the bittersweet moment forever, and Logan willingly participated in that as well. Christine was a Godsent and we were truly blessed to have found her to help us make a very important move. My mother is 75 and was living alone in FL. We decided it was time for her to move back to MI to be closer to family. My wife and I had to manage every aspect of the move for her from finding a listing agent to sell her home in FL, hiring a moving company, cleaning out he house of excess items, hiring a buyers agent and purchasing a new home in MI and so on. We had a lot on our plate managing this move as well as multiple things going on in our own life. When it came to trying to figure out how to get my mothers dog Bailey to MI we faced the challenge of air travel or driving him up ourselves. We didn't like the idea of flaying him as cargo but driving him ourselves was also a huge challenge based on our own availability. There was a lot going on and I was definitely burning the cancel at both ends. I did a search for pet movers and found citizenshipper and thats how we found Christine. We had a ton of resonances from various transporters but once I read Christine's bio I knew she was the one we needed to get Bailey safely to MI. When I spoke to Christine she not only said she could transport Bailey but also asked if we needed a vehicle brought to MI as well. This was huge as I was looking to have a car transport company ship the car but now I had one person who could not only get Bailey safely to MI bu my mothers car also. Christine was so understanding of our situation, she handled every aspect of the move with kindness and great patience. She gept in constant contact throughout every step of the move and sent videos and pics all along the way. We felt as if we were riding right along with her and Bailey on the trip and we even exchanged texts just chatting about life in general. We truly believe she was sent to us by God as we prayed for help with this challenging transition in my mothers life and God delivered! Christine is a caring and amazing person and will treat your pet as if it were her own. Christine we cant thank you enough for all your help on this move, we couldn't have done it without you!

These guys rock!!! They were on time to the Minute. They picked up my Bruce in Las Vegas and drove him home to Florida in literally a little over a day over 1,900 miles!! It’s beyond me how that was done🤷♂️. Bruce was suffering from really bad food allergies that had gone neglected for a long time due to the previous care givers lacking knowledge about his breed … He was in bad shape hotspots everywhere so the traveling time was really worrying me. I really needed to get my boy home in my possession so I could get him back on his restricted diet and start the healing process. The love they showed my boy was unmatched. My dog wasn’t just a number. I called many other companies and they couldn’t even give me a pickup time!! The other companies were telling me they would be picking him up anywhere from the 20th to the 26th….. What??? You can’t even give me a day?? Are the previous owners supposed to take a whole week off of work and wait? Not with Semper Fi pet transport they told me on Friday they would be in Vegas by Tuesday at noon well guess what? Bruce was in the van pulling away from the family he was with in Vegas at 12:35pm on Tuesday!! I was a little skeptical when I was told he would be in Florida buy 10 or 11 pm on Wednesday…. Well guess what they did it again!!! Bruce was in my possession Wednesday at 10:30pm!! Trust this company they really do care. Thank you guys
