I will give it to the owner she stays in communication, but due to unforseen circumstances she couldn't pick my cats up. After the fact she never returned my deposit I gave her, she told me she talked to her "accountant" to return my money. She ghosted me for weeks. I has to email citizenshipper, they reached out NEVER returned their communication. I had to inform Venmo how I was scammed out my deposit. Overall was upset never had an issue on this website until this company!

This was my first time shipping my motorcycle along with my fathers he drives a cruiser I on the other hand have a sports bike from the time our bikes were picked up communication was excellent. Something’s came up along the way on our part but Ben was fantastic. The bikes were shipped enclosed and that was something I wanted and his equipment and truck was great . If you are nervous like I was please believe me when I say just let Ben handle your shipping needs. No issues at all . If I need something shipped again hopefully I won’t but he will be my go to guy . Did I mention these bikes were shipped from New York to Florida.

Galen was the perfect transporter for our Australian shepherd. He took his time driving up to montana and made plenty of breaks so that our dog could walk around, eat, drink, and use the restroom. He never left him unattended and Galen kept me updated every couple of hours. I was so hesitant using a transporter service for my sweet boy but Galen reassured me the whole way and was very kind. Would highly recommend him to transfer your fur babies. You can truly tell he loves dogs and my dog took to him right away which was also incredibly reassuring. Choose Galen 100%. Thank you again!!

Mindy packaged my fish well and took care of my gerbils well too. She was also extremely fast with delivery. I don’t know how she did it so fast!! She did deliver my pets at 2:30am though. Wow. i could not have dreamt a better experience for our pup than what he got! They transferred our pup and offered to take care of him, instead of needing to board him, which was such a gift to us during a stressful move! Zero stars. This driver accepted my load, asked for 900 dollars up front, claimed personal issues prevented him from picking up, then refused to refund my 900 bucks. I found another driver that delivered in two days. I gave him weeks to refund me giving him the benefit of the doubt and asked him for it multiple times before I am giving him this review. He was able to text me back but not able to hit accept on my refund request. I fell like he stole 900 dollars from me. Buyer BEWARE. Never send him money in advance and I would never use him.

I highly recommend Charlie. He is the best. I thought it was a scam but he is real person who working hard to make someone wish came through. He delivered in one day two ragdoll kittens. He picked up kittens from breeder at Pasco, Washington and delivered it to JFK, NY. His quote include all expenses( flight tickets and his service). No deposits. I paid when two kittens was delivered. Also hos quote was the lowest one and he charged me less than if I went go through this process with myself.He provide me his all private information (driver licence, reserved tickets, board pass) so I feel safety. Also He updated every step and he was easy reachable. I did so many pictures but I cant see how I can upload it here.

Unfortunately, we seem to have had the same experience quite a few others have described since May. Rodney had great reviews and was really good at communicating and setting everything up. We paid a deposit ($1200 for two dogs) and looked forward to a smooth experience. Unfortunately, as described by others, he started indicating family and car issues as the date neared, and long story short it became apparent he wasn’t going to be doing the trip. We ended up having to fly the dogs (and my wife and daughter to make it all work) across country to meet a deadline, costing thousands more. When I asked for a refund of the deposit he gave the same song an dance others mentioned that policy was 30-45 days. Of course, when I followed up several times…no response. He disappeared. Then I checked here and saw all the others who had the same experience. I also see that his account has been blocked, so CS knows. I reached out to Citizen Shipper to see what can be done about at least getting our deposit and booking fee back. We’ll see, but considering they never reached out to us (or presumably other clients) once they knew his scam, I don’t hold out much hope.

Jojo was absolutely fantastic in transporting our 3 cats from MD to TX. Pick up was ontime, and went very smoothly. The trip took 2 days. She sent regular pictures when she stopped.
