We had the best experience with Anthony and HSH! I was very nervous how my pup would do during his first half cross country trip, but Anthony did amazing with answering all and any questions I had from the get go, providing video updates every 4 hours and keeping my mind at ease during the entire trip (before and after). I wasnt sure if I wanted to have my pup crated or not during the trip, and he even offered to come see us in person a day ahead since he had arrived early and had some extra time. My pup warmed up to Anthony right away and he did so well with managing the high energy level that labs can have. Anthony was an excellent communicator and was accommodating to all of my questions and requests, even a last minute address change due to an error on my part. Transport was delayed due to covid positive driver. Understandable to delay and I was ok with it. Because of the delay I asked if 1 dog and 1 cat can be added to the Transport as my moms animals needed to be moved as well. Janet picked up 2 cats and 2 dogs from my mother in NJ and was to Transport them to me in FL. Upon arrival in FL 2 dogs and 1 cat made it. 1 of the cats was lost during an overnight hotel stay. We have been unable to find the missing cat. Unfortunately the cat that was lost is most likely no longer going to be with us as she was an indoor cat with no claws. The animals also arrived smelling of smoke and covered in ashes. In the future I will Transport my own animals. It is so sad what happened.

Absolutely amazing!! If I could rate higher than 5 Stars I would. Suzanne was able to help me in a terrible situation. I had a previous driver who not only took my dog and money but told me she couldn't complete the job and give me a refund. I was panicking trying to find another driver in a day, which most of them declined to help but not Suzanne. She listened to my situation and decided she was going to help me. She was so devoted and helped me every step of the way. She was so nice and helpful that I couldn't imagine that this person, who literally is the sweetest, offered to help me in a very bad situation. She drove over 600+ miles in order to pick up my dog from the first driver in Ohio and bring her to California, she also offered the first driver help, despite her attitude towards the situation and kept me inform on every step she took. I was getting constant updates on when she was crossing state lines or even stopping for some gas. It really put my mind at ease, especially from having a bad encounter the first time. She treated my deaf dog with love and care, and I couldn't of asked for anyone better. I highly recommend using her services, if I could recommend her 100 times over I would. There was so much more she was able to help me with that I could literally go on and on about but typing it out would take a lot of time. We were very disappointed in the service of VTCareTransport by James. The first issue was timely delivery. The delivery time per Google Maps is 18-19 hours depending on route. Actual delivery time exceeded 25 hours. This is additional stress on our puppy. The puppy arrived covered in urine and we are unsure of this is inadequate breaks or stress of extended travel. Finally, after being told Zelle and Venmo were acceptable he denied that was the case. When confronted with his own messages he blamed it on his girlfriend. So we were really unsure who all we were communicating with under his account name. Both the highly reputable breeder delivering puppy for pickup as well as us were less than pleased and would not use this service again.

She had excellent communication skills with me before and after booking by answering all my questions; and of course kept in contact with me the morning of pick up letting me know when she was on the way to breeders house, when she was leaving the breeders, sending pictures of our little guy the whole 9 yards. I would highly highly recommend her. So if you are reading these reviews to decide if you want to choose her as a transport, just do it you won’t regret. Excellent service! I had this couple pick up my half German Shepard half Pit Bull and transport him literally from coast to coast in a matter of 4 days during the 4th of July weekend! My wife and I were updated with photos and brief descriptions on how our dog was doing at least 3 times a day. Their bid to do the job was competitive and they listened to all requests. I was a little skeptical to use their service because they did not have as many reviews as the other businesses on citizenshipper BUT the job they did was perfect and well above any standard you could have. Do not let the lack of reviews scare you! I would recommend this couple to anyone and everyone looking to transport a pet! And if I need to transport a pet again I will be contacting them.

Jeremy is the nicest guy, very easy going and I think, a bit of a cat whisperer. He transported my two cats, both very loud and not fond of cars, across the country some 2000+ miles from New Mexico to Massachusetts without a single incident. One of my cats has a heart condition and has medication he has to take three times a day and Jeremy followed through without fail. When I went outside to meet and greet Jeremy and the cats, they were both in their carriers as calm as could be. Throughout the trip Jeremy kept me posted with photos and updates on their journey together. I’m so grateful to Jeremy and for this CitizenShipper service for getting my two babies safely to me.
