With our friend being a truck driver and needing an emergency brain operation we were finding it very difficult to make the 27”0 mile round trip to fetch his beloved fur babies. Kathy and billy came to the rescue. They located the pups at the driver terminal in salt lake worked tirelessly to unload the drivers belongings from his rig and brought them here to Arkansas so that he may rest and recover without worry as his things and critters were in wonderful hands. Billy sent many updates including pictures via text along the way as he made many stops to ensure the animals could do their business while stretching their legs he even got them more treats and obviously spoiled them even more than they already were as it was obvious they had taken a liking to him and his bag of pup jerky. Lol if I had it to do over again? I’d chose no other than these folks right here. Their professional manner from many years in the trucking industry has paid off for them once again for they’ve gained a new life long customer. And if I could ever find a place to sell some know it all teens, I’ll be transporting them at any cost. Lol. Unlike this transaction where the price barely covered the fuel. This was done by some truly big hearts my hat is off with all respect and appreciation. My buddy’s home now doing much much better and I know his recovery being as successful as it is is in part due to the kindness and professionalism these fine folks have sat as standard for their business. Buyer be warned: As a breeder I have used Citizen Shipper several times now with wonderful results. I have met incredible people that I would highly recommend. Working with Cindy was not one of those times. I lost sleep and money. I was lied to, sworn at, hung up on, and threatened. I have been in near constant worry for the health and safety of the pup. I can’t think when I last spent 12 days more stressed out. By day 3 I began to suspect I had been lied to about the expected drop off date. By day 5 I knew for sure. By day 8 I had learned to bite my tongue for the sake of the puppy. By day 10 I was completely placating and losing sleep, sick with worry. On day 12 the pup was finally delivered, but not without full payment in hand before the pup was even allowed to be held by the buyer and after yet another degrading argument. Before booking Cindy told me the trip from Idaho to Florida would be 4 to 6 days. Over the next 12 days I was given 7 expected drop off days or days and times. Communication was extremely stressful. Anytime either I or my puppy buyer expressed concerns for the pup or frustration at being delayed again Cindy became defensive and angry. Her list of delays ranged from day to day, sometimes even hour to hour without consistency. I am sure Cindy’s rebuttal to my review will include any number of gaslighting tactics. Several times now she has had me second guessing myself. Before writing this review, I had to look back at my messages and texts to make sure I wasn’t overreacting. Nope, it was real. I have emailed a copy of all my messages and texts with Cindy to Citizen shipper I hope they choose to respond. Buyer be warned – this is not a quality shipping organization. If you are still reading – here are the details – Many times, this week when questions came up Cindy responded that she had given me proof of the delays, that I had seen the proof and that I was overacting. She used the same arguments when I questioned if my pup was being well cared for. This is not true, I did not receive solid proof of any of the delays, let alone all of them. I was sent a couple of screen shots of arguments she was having with other clients, a picture of her in traffic, and a 10 second clip of heavy rain, but none of that would have added up to 6 days delay. On day 3 when I asked her how things were going and if she had a drop off day for us she quoted me day 9 as her planned drop off date. Her explanations got more and more angry with my questions. First she told me the trip really takes 5 to 7, and I should never have expected 4 to 6 – why misquote it in the first place then? When pressed again she backtracked and said she would deliver on day 6. On day 5 we reached out to her and were told again not until day 9. This is when I really suspected that I had been lied to get me to book with her. (I had explained to Cindy before booking that my buyer was expecting the pup on day 5. We had another shipper lined up and he fell through because he caught Covid. Cindy new this and new about my timeline. She never quoted me 5 days, but she did say 4 to 6.) Similar things happened or the rest of the week. Excuses ranged from more arguments with clients, to family emergencies, to traffic and weather. Eventually the excuses got thin. She even blamed my buyer for not responding to her messages for the delay on day 10. (My buyer sent me a screen shot of the message and I didn’t come to the same conclusion, but by now it made no difference. We were on her time and we knew it.) The part that has been the worst though is wondering about the pup. Before booking I asked Cindy about how she deals with pups who are not fully vaccinated. (My pup was 12 weeks old when I sent her.) Cindy said she has a no paws on the ground policy and had elevated kennels with trays under for accidents. While I wasn’t thrilled about the situation, I rationalized it was only 4 to 6 days. Mistake on my part. I sweated and worried over the pup being kenneled for so long. On day 3 I asked her about the health of the pup and if the pup had been out of the kennel. She immediately responded that the pup was let out every 4 hours. I expressed my gratitude that the pup was being let out but shared my confusion about her contradictory information. Being honest, it was not an open ended text, but I got no response or clarification. On day 5 I was really getting worried and asked more about the health of the pup. I did accuse her of lying to me about the expected delivery day plans and said that I didn’t know if I could trust her on other things. I was worried about the pup after being given two contradictory stories. Cindy had sent me a short 10 second video of the pup on the ground so I knew she had been let at least once, for a few minutes, but I had no other reasons or proof and still no explanation. Instead of clarifying, Cindy just got very angry. This was the first time she used the F word toward me. She also hung up on me. She called back within the hour and apologized, but that was a grueling hour of worrying about the pup. I accepted her apology, but still had no explanation about her contradictory information - “no paws on the ground” vs. letting her out every 4 hours. I had learned one thing though, not to accuse and question her. The rest of the week got worse. Each time my buyer or I raised a concern about another delayed date or worry for the pup she went immediately into angry mode, and we found ourselves placating her and praying that she was treating the pup better than she was treating us. After delay number 6 on day 11, my buyer was so done. She wanted the puppy but was just overwhelmed after trying to work with Cindy for so long. (Cindy will say otherwise and our texts might seem benign, but you have to remember that at this point she still has our pup, and we are totally placating her.) The buyer was so done and didn’t know what to do. I felt like she was either getting ready to walk away or to have a show down with Cindy over the shipping costs. To protect my reputation as a breeder but most of all to protect the pup I ended up offered to pay the remaining shipping fee of $750. At this point it really had stopped being about money at all, I was just worried about the pup and about the buyer. That is how I lost money on the deal. I was worried about Cindy too, her behavior was so extreme that I wondered if she was okay. I tried reaching out to her expressing my worry and stress over the situation, I was hoping she would open up, but I was met with more of the same – gaslighting and pushing the blame on me. It was my fault for being such a worrier. All the delays were out of her hands and she couldn’t be accountable for them. She had given me plenty of “proof,” etc. Mid-day, on day 12 when Cindy finally did arrive in Miami she asked for full payment before the pup was delivered. When I explained that I was not willing to send the money until my buyer had the pup in her hands (at this point I’m having some serious trust issues) she got very angry. She said the pup would not be released until she had the payment. I explained twice that I was sitting at my computer waiting for the buyer to text me that the pup had been delivered and then I would push send. She kept responding and getting angrier. She said the buyer could see the pup but wouldn’t be allowed to hold it until she had her payment. I asked her to work it out with the buyer when she got there but again explained I would not be releasing any money until I had a message from the buyer. Her final response got to me and I unfortunately let her anger goad me. I had been up half the night waiting for her to deliver the pup only to have it delayed again by 8 hours. In my anger I made a rude, but true comment. I said my buyer and I had not been the ones to be dishonest, that we were desperate to get the pup, and she had nothing to fear from us. The crack at her honesty made her furious. She again used the F word, told me that she wouldn’t deliver my pup at all if I was going to make cracks at her honestly and that I needed to learn some respect. She threatened to review my breeding company online as being terrible and to spread that information to anyone who would listen, etc. In the end she did hand over the pup and I paid the remaining amount for a full price delivery. The pup seems to be in good health in body, I don’t know yet about mind. My buyer is taking her to the vet this week and I should know more. I really hope and pray that Cindy was good to the pup. Many of her other reviews say their pups were great after long visits with her, but if she rebuts this saying that I have had plenty of proof the pup is okay, be warned, I do not. In 12 days she sent me 6 sets of pictures and 3 - 10 second video clips. Several of the sets of pics were of her in the kennel. I for one am not willing to accept this as proof that the pup was treated well, but I really hoping she was. At any rate I can’t do anything about it except pray and write this review to hopefully

Jeffrey and his wife Kristi were communicative throughout the drive from Oklahoma to California. I have used at least a dozen different transportation services and they are by far the quickest I have ever received. The picked up in Oklahoma around midnight and delivered Saturday night around 10pm. The puppies were cared for and it was easy to contact the drivers when needed. I'd use them again in the future!

Mr.Foote was just the best at getting our camper delivered from all the way across the country to our home. The bad weather did not slow him down. Delivered in a more than timely manner and communicated with us along the way. He even took the camper to a truck wash to clean it before delivery. We were very impressed and would use him again in a heartbeat. The only negative aspect is if your bank doesn't accept the Zelle app you will have problems with paying. That was our only stressor.

9 pets (3 dogs, 6 cats), 2000+ miles, 100% Delighted! Emi did an extraordinary job transporting our 9 pets (three dogs (two of which are large) + six cats) across the country. I quickly experienced Emi’s great care when she first arrived at our house. She got to know each of our pets, and carefully loaded them into her vehicle. Her vehicle itself is organized, with a tremendous amount of attention given to making sure all pets are secure. Each day I received updates (pictures, funny stories), while Emi transported them across the country. She made sure our pets had time to stretch their legs (at least 3x per day), visiting beautiful, lush parks. We received many (at least 20 per day) photos of our pets enjoying the parks, all with big smiles. It was clear that our cats and dogs were loved, having fun, and felt happy and secure. She also made sure they were all well-nourished with food (what we provided, PLUS homemade meals!) and water. I wasn’t expecting such tremendous love and care – Emi is amazing!! Even when the closing on our new house hit a snag, Emi was there to help! She intentionally blocked several days after the scheduled delivery date to accommodate such a snag, and was able to continue to care for our pets. I can’t speak highly enough about Emi’s level of love and care for animals. I 100% recommend Emi for any move, big or small. She showed great mastery as a professional, private pet nanny while caring for our 9 pets over the course of over a week! Don’t select an animal transportation service, choose Emi, an experienced, caring private pet nanny!

Very dissatisfied, I had high hopes for this company and really wanted my Dog delivered to me by them. - (1.) Tiffany (the owner I presume) is very defensive and not well suited for customer service or customer interactions. - (2.) She agreed to a pick up time outside of my posted ad and the required timeline posted as well. - (3.) She refused to understand that the miscommunication during our conversations were on her end. Even after trying to explain it 10 different ways. Even with the texts right in front of her. (4.) She refused to offer a refund when she couldn't complete the service that was agreed upon. Delays happen but she knew the driver was delayed at least 12 hours before notifying me of the change which put the delivery of my Animal outside a time trame for him to be able to be picked up. All in all she violated the terms of our agreement. I didn't want to leave a bad review but the customer service was awful, if she couldn't understand the point of friction she should of had another co worker look over the chat thread and point out the point of friction we were having from their point of view, but instead she insisted she was right. She will more then likley leave a lengthy response to this review and i really don't care either. This company would have gotten 5 stars even with all this friction/ conflict upon a successful delivery but instead she wanted to be difficult. Not my fault her driver wasted time driving to the pick up location when she failed to plan properly for the agreed pick up time frame. I have all the messages from the chat saved and would post them if the site allowed me to so yall can see the messages. Any way I hope she learns how develop her customer relations better. She will be hearing an attorney soon to recoup my deposit, btw you don't a have a non refundable deposit clause, so I guess I'll see you in court over 150 bucks. I feel like a Karen writing this review but I wasted money on this company. She'll go ahead and place all the blame on me just like she does in her other low star reviews. Go ahead. I have my proof and that's all I need. I apologize if I seemed abrasive but when it comes to my fur baby I don't play around. This whole problem could have been resolved in the very beginning with a message saying "hey my driver is now driving from xxxx and is x hours away from you, there's forecasted bad weather and he is expecting delays, there might be a strong chance we will bot make our original time we agreed upon, is it okay before my driver drives too far to waste his time that he shows up at a later time or would younlike to reschedule or cancel" thatbwould solved everything this morning over well 12 hours ago but lack of communication got here now. So really who's fault is it. You sign a contract with a specific timeline laid out and you don't make it in that time period guess what, you don't get paid, especially if you already drove the distance. That's law in contract world.

As soon as I hit booked the reached out to me same day even though it was a Saturday spoke with kaleb and got some information and if I wanted it asap or a specific time was going to do September 3rd but he explained in detail that it can be hard to find someone for motorcycle transport so I said yeah someone can be there for pick up he told me Monday or Tuesday he’ll get back to me and Tuesday he called stating that he had someone that could pick up that day so called my brother told him driver didn’t pick up until next day close just passed 2300 nothing to do with the broker just set up a driver the driver delivered today and I have received the BOL for the delivery so thank you Kaleb for getting a driver swiftly

We were extremely satisfied with the service and with Donna personally. We were very nervous for our dog who is not yet 2 and who we have barely been away from to travel without us. Donna immediately put us at ease with her kind and easy going manner and inspiring great confidence. While our dog was nervous, Donna put her at ease with treats and kind words and had a great situation at her home in Georgia where they stayed for the night between they driving days. Donna gave us access to track her progress and sent us ongoing texts, videos and photos so we could see exactly what our dog was experiencing and that she was happy and being well taken care of. We really couldn't recommend Donna more highly or trust someone more.

I was hesitant about the whole process as our 65 lb rescue pittie has anxiety, is overly exuberant in her greetings, is very strong, and can be reactive to other dogs. I’m very protective over my pets and I was nervous for their trip across country. The driver arrived on time and secured my motorcycles very well. The transporter was fully enclosed and spacious. I wish I had known my car could be transported as well. The carrier was big enough for both bikes and my SUV! The driver was very patient as it took me 20 minutes to get both bikes to start. The inspection was thorough and I liked being able to take my own pictures as I followed the driver through the inspection of both bikes. The driver even agreed to take both bike covers on the trip as well! The drop off went well in spite of the delay. A couple of hours before the 4:00pm to 5:00pm delivery window, the driver hit horrible traffic and the drop off time changed to 7:30pm. Due to this delay, my receiving party was no longer available and the driver had to wait 45 minutes until my receiving party arrived. The driver was anxious, but waited until my party arrived and could give him access to store the bikes in the garage. I was extremely grateful the driver waited. Although the traffic delay was not his fault, he knew it was not mine either. The service was worth every penny. I had peace of mind while my bikes were in the driver's care and was grateful when they arrived unscathed! Thank you TCI and Vladimir!

I was arranging a new foster placement remotely for my 90lb German shepherd while living overseas. She was flexible and accommodating, especially regarding all the kit I needed moved along with my big dog. I particularly loved the photo and video updates to show how my dog was faring during travel. Lorraine did a great job getting my dog from San Diego to Colorado. Even though it took just a little bit longer than originally planned she is so great with animals and knew that he was getting really stressed out and really hot so she pulled over, putting his needs first.
