They would not take phone calls yet had no problem sending invoice for the pickup. I really need to go with another shipper and get a refund. I’m giving 3 stars and I’ll explain why. The good: husband and wife; Seem like nice people. The price was very good and affordable. The communication when I first booked the job was good. They picked up pet from me as scheduled. Now The bad: very little communication after pet picked up. I had to ask each time to find out how my dog was doing. I only got 1 pic and I had to ask for it. In the pic I saw he chewed through his harness. When I asked they said they didn’t even realize it. Not sure how that’s possible- if he was being take it out for potty breaks because part of the harness attaches to the leash. They were suppose to drop dog off either Sunday evening or Monday morning. Then I got a text message early Sunday morning telling me they had arrived…. What about if the person they were dropping off to was not available? Lastly, they never confirmed drop off. Which I feel was kinda rude. it. I was told by the person that got him he was ok and had arrived. I sent the money and they didn’t even confirm they got it. That was my experience.

From the moment I placed my transport need she immediately responded and kept in touch while others just sent me their quote. It wasn’t about money or what was in it for her I knew that from the beginning. Instead I knew she wanted to make sure that my dog that I newly adopted thousand miles away made it to me safe and sound. She kept in contact with me every day until the transport started. If you need a bike transported hands down don't look any further. Jerry with Gmotion transport was very professional, he responded to questions very timely and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. Bike was picked up, and delivered 2-days later. Brandon is awesome - communicates extremely well, no fuss, and follows through on what he says he will do (e.g., pictures upon pick-up, etc.). If I need to move anything in the future, I will see if he is able to do the job!

When received to my mother they were covered in cat litter and their own shit we had to give them a bath. They barely sent photos or really messaged about the cats.

I cannot say enough good things about Paws Across America Transport. I found a dog abandoned in the desert while visiting in Arizona but was having trouble getting him into a rescue or even transported all the way to Massachusetts where I live and planned to foster him. After passing his certificate of health Patrick and his coworker were so patient and helpful in answering ALL my questions. They also worked with my budget for this very unexpected situation. Throughout the trip I received photos and updates on how the dog was doing, as well as a GPS tracker link that showed their route in real time ( honestly such a cool tool)! Towards the end of this pup’s journey with them, they kept me fully informed on their expected arrival time and even gave me a run down of the trip once they arrived. It was so heartwarming to see this nervous dog be so cuddly and kissy with them; you could tell he had enjoy his time with them…so much so that when they pulled out of the driveway he trotted to the door like he was ready to hop back in van and start the ride with them all over again. It’s very obvious this is more than a job to them and they truly care about their furry customers. Having someone else transport your animals is such an intimidating experience and it can be very hard to trust things will go well, but these two did such an amazing job that if I ever need help transporting again I will definitely be calling them; I highly recommend you to do the same!

From the minute Chelsea walked in the door Maddie was so comfortable with her. She sat down in our recliner and Maddie pushed himself into her. I could feel the tension leave my body as I knew Maddie would feel safe on his trip back home. All along the way she sent updates and pictures and even asked if she could take a special trip to take Maddie swimming in the lake which he enjoyed so very much. Chelsea goes above and beyond taking care of the babies as if they were her own. I was so blessed to have had Chelsea take Maddie back home. Chelsea is an amazing and wonderful person. When Chelsea delivered Maddie she wrote me the most beautiful message about him being home that brought tears to my eyes knowing he was safely back home. Chelsea thank you from the bottom of my heart.
